Great Project! Especially since it was for a family member. "We, who have done so much, for so long, with so little, are now qualified to do anything with nothing." :)

the only problem I found with your channel is.....there is not enough video's....I watched all 4 back to back and need more!! you do amazing work and you definitely think outside the box! keep em coming, we'll keep watching and supporting you!
You are an amazing talented brother. Your sister is very blessed to have you on her side. Great video really well put together. Hope you continue making short entertaining educational heart warming videos!
WOW! Someone raised this young man remarkably well! Smart, empathetic, respectful, and kind! These are all rare qualities in today's youth. Awesome job, please keep it up brother! Subscribed!!
Ty soooo much my wife uses a manual chair and we live in North Carolina. The red mud here is so bad and she can't ever just go out and enjoy the country really. This is awesome and affordable
That's an awesome chair! My mom has had MS for years and is now confined to a chair and I have trouble getting her through the mud on the property. Your video is definitely an inspiration for a future project! Awesome job!
love it :)) only issue i have with it is its battery powered . fuel powered would allow for those nice long trips . i wish more people were like you . due to my disabilities i will soon enough need something like that so i can still enjoy the outdoors . sucks to be me though , your help would be a true gift to be thankful for .
Love your channel your builds are fantastic it’s so good to see someone make something and explain it so most other people can build it. Most you tubers now use over priced tools or materials that the average person has no chance of building. Keep up the great videos. My only tip would be stop putting your self down by making bad comparisons of your work with commercial products, yours have something much greater than commercial items serviceable.
I’ve been wanting to build one of these. My regular power chair isn’t suited for going the places I would like to go back to. I saw your tank build breakdown and figure I’d check it out. If I could challenge your building may I suggest trying to build a power option that could be connected to any manual wheelchair while being easy to operate and lightweight. I’ve come up with a few ideas, I just don’t have the materials. One is using an electric scooter that has its front wheel as the drive wheel and maybe even the battery in the steering arm. And make it connect at the footplate lifting the front up just enough for that drive wheel to be the steering and power. The other is figuring out a way to use one of those hoverboards as the power. I just haven’t figured out the control.
Checked out a few of your vids. They are fairly good. A tip though: For the music, keep the level consistent. Cranking it when you were not speaking was not really needed. Turns a good experience while checking out your project into one with some stand out sore spots as my ears bleed. Overall though, these have been entertaining, informative, and a joy to watch. A caring note from a headphones user who enjoyed what he saw.
Man, your channel has a well oiled, loud and powerful future! I'm excited to see things you might do in the future. Have you thought of documenting your building process? Would be interesting to see you put your machines together! Much love from Europe
What an awesome creation! If you happen to have more "gadgets" or tools or anything else made for your sister, please show them in future videos! *Subscribed*
Such an awesome build. I'm trying to figure out how to build a tank for my nephews when they get a bit older. Would love to see more on the motor mounting and sprocket/track. Please keep in mind I am dumb and not a builder. Lol. Awesome video
Your Channel Is Awesome!!!! I Love What You Do!!!! That Was Real Cool What You Did For Your Sister!!!! I Love Your Little Fur-Baby!!!! Keep Doing What You Do Brother!!!!💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼❤️❤️❤️
OMG, just add the niceties of seat that could lean back and legs up and such, you could do great selling/donating these for lots of disabled folks. I know for one, if my father hadn't passed away, he'd been extremely excited to gotten this since his chair couldn't go into many areas he wanted too go. Maybe swap out tracks for more road friendly with a attachment like tire chain to go off roading. The leaning back is for those that would be stuck in chair full time to relieve pressure.
Great content so far man. I love that you talk fast and get straight to the point. I have clicked out of so many videos where they start chasing rabbits and show five minutes straight of nothing but music and welding the same part over and over. Looking forward to more great build content...btw have you ever tried to tow anything with that? lol
I’m an avid hunter and also handicapped ( can’t walk to far ) I’m in need of a vehicle like this so I’m able to go out hunting here in Minnesota! I have all of the parts of an electric wheel chair including batteries ! I will follow your ideas as much as possible and would welcome any advice you could give me !
This is so heart warming, you can't imagine. Really loving what you do and hoping you can someday live from it, if it's what you love ! Excitingly waiting for your next project !
I am very impressed. The one addition that I see as needed is a shield to protect the user's feet should they have baggy pants legs to keep the loose clothing out of the works of the track I am looking at building a tracked chair for myself. Your design will have heavy influence on what I build.
Great stuff! The video and the wheelchair. You need to do another video on off road capabilities of it. And of the tank. Not really sure how many people will be able to build thing you do. But I am sure they would love to see more more about how they drive/work! Btw the cat is cool. It wants to be on camera. Let it.
Hey. I love this! Iam in a wheelchair and I have been since I was 15 and I just turned 55 in July. I have wanted a wheelchair that I could take in the woods ect for a long time. I have some power chairs with plenty of motors and parts. My question is do you think I could use old car/truck tires with the sidewalls cut off for tracks with a belt tensioner for a serpentine belt to hold it taught? Was thinking that I could use one of my old chairs and just retrofit it with tracks. Love your channel. Keep up the good work and I know your channel will grow.
Just introduced to your channel. We have like minds, though you have SOoo much more talent!! Just wondering. So many of my ideas were spurred on by, as a child, being engrossed by old issues of mother Earth news, popular science, ect. How did inventing, problem solving get started for you? Be a great video! Edit: you need to add a powered water cannon on the front of that bad boy. Be great for water fights.
I'd love to hear more about your sister. I'm no doctor, but you mentioned she "doesn't have ENOUGH muscle strength to walk" like she isn't paralyzed but needs to be stronger (or lighter). Well, while I was visiting my sister at college their gym had a pull-up machine that you stood on this platform and entered a number from like 5% to 95%. And you would get lifted by the platform so if you COULDN'T do a pull-up of your full weight, you could still lift a portion of your weight and just gradually increase that until you were stronger. Granted, that was for your arms, but if you need an idea for a video, perhaps you could build something like that to improve leg strength? I think they actually make something similar for babies called a "Jolly Jumper" but apparently they're actually BAD for babies because their spines aren't developed enough yet. I actually had a similar idea in mind to help fat people get outside and exercise where you fill a 15' cubic balloon with helium, attach it to a shoulder harness and go for a walk weighing roughly 250 pounds less! Perhaps you could skip the balloon and build a metal stand on wheels, with a harness that holds your sis up and let's her "walk" while supporting a fraction of her weight. Even if she just uses it inside, she should be able to get stronger eventually. Either that or just build her an exoskeleton. :)
Omg, this is amazing!! If I started to actually try to make one of these and got stuck at any point, would you be able to offer guidance on those points? You’re so knowledgeable!!
About 45min ago I found your take on the tracked rig using mobile axles etc. Now this. You sir are a BAD (in a good way) influence...but also BAD in that you run the risk of derailing other people's projects in favor of these. :P

it would be awesome for someone to make a downloadable plan for this, there are many people who could make very good use of a tracked wheelchair and commercial options are incredibly expensive :)
I may do that someday. The disabled community is often taken advantage of by medical companies and wheelchair, trackchair, stairlift, etc... makers for the insurance money available. They just gouge these poor people. :(
Great build, and having a cat as chief engineer just adds to the credibility. No project is complete without the "CatScan" label affixed next to the UL label.

Pretty kitty, great chair! Thank you for sharing!

A chair made with love. Necessity is the mother of invention, but love can be a much greater source. Great job, and awesome chair.
Grandpa would be proud to drive that around.
Ty soooo much my wife uses a manual chair and we live in North Carolina. The red mud here is so bad and she can't ever just go out and enjoy the country really. This is awesome and affordable
I’m glad your sister was blessed with such an incredibly intelligent brother! God bless you both 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

I just found your channel today, and I'm binging your videos. This is my favourite so far. Love the chair, love the music, love the love :)
A well cobbled together project. Nicely done! Bet your sister enjoys it, too... knowing her bro built it.
these are all really cool projects, man!
by the way, what's the name of the cat? she could be like the mascot of your channel. ;)
The stuff you do is the same kind of tinkering around that I do. It’s a complete twist that I found your channel. Keep up the great work.
That is super awesome I bet if you wanted you could cut the sprocket section out of an old snowmobile track and use that for a smoother ride.
If I could get my hands on one then I think that would be a grand idea! Thank you for the comment and the suggestion!

I absolutely need me one of these
This is awesome. Well done man.
Cool project man. Love the videos keep it up! New best channel

Awesome! You are a good Brother! You need to do a cat video!
