    Yes. We have many patients who have a history of bicuspid extraction and retraction orthodontics. Thanks for the question

      Thank you. Without going down the retraction route, would the Homeoblock device make a huge difference?

      Yes. And especially if you do the therapy and any needed releases

    Hi.
    I'm currently having MFT, followed by a tongue-tie release after. I had my upper and lower premolars extracted as a teen. I am considering the Homeoblock. Would this still work even with a narrow palate and no premolars?

    Which section of the appliance do you "build up" to correct asymmetries? In other words, what set of molars are primarily contacting?
