We watch (from rural Victoria, Australia) this show ALL the time, and we just love it when someone falls in love with a property. For some reason, it just makes us feel warm and fuzzy.
I’m glad she liked it. I don’t think you can stand much taller than 5’8” or so, though. The kitchen counters and especially the interior doorways seemed very low-I saw him having to duck.
That's just over $450K US. I live in Los Angeles and you can't get anything that size or as nice for less than $630K US. But we do have nicer weather; not sure I could stand the cold and damp. My heating bill for the year is roughly $200 US.

Casinha tão querida, tem fé que um dia Deus abençoe de poder morar numa casa assim
The British version is só different to the American ones. Both wonderful.

The American version is faked. We knew someone who participated as a home buyer. They had already bought the home before the show was even filmed.
Soo beautiful
Ceiling is low, isn’t it?
