I ordered from Mei Leaf for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Included in my order was 250g of Tiger Eye Gaba. This was my first time trying a GABA Oolong. I made the choice based upon the tasting notes. I do not regret buying such a large quantity. I absolutely LOVE this tea! It has a wonderful, distinct flavor. I hope you will continue to sell the Tiger Eye Gaba because I absolutely have to have this tea. It does indeed calm be down. Thank you so much!

Thanks for being mindful of how you talk about autism. There is a mix in the community about whether people prefer "with autism" or "is autistic." Speaking for myself, it's nice to hear people talk about the condition at all to normalize the discussion of it. 🖤

I was just looking into your GABAs since I haven’t seen anything like it. Plus I was looking for a tea I could have at night, that’s not a tisane. Perfect timing!!👏👏👏

Been loving Mei Leaf’s gaba oolongs since the beginning…I call it my “migraine tea” because it helps with migraines and headaches. Can’t wait to try this new one!

Amethyst Gaba was the one that got me into gong fu tea ... I'd ordered Amber and Ruby not daring to choose Amethyst as well, but one of your team added it as a free sample. After I'd tried it, there was no way back. 🙌

Ruby GABA has probably got to be my favorite. Love the menthol notes it offers.

Amesthyst is my all-time favorite. I was actually drinking it today, as this video popped up in my feed. No kidding. Looking forward to the new one. Tiger Eye is a pretty cool name, too.

Do you recommend a specific type of clay pot for these GABAs?

Amber GABA is my favorite. I always have a box/pouch of it in the house. I'll have to try the new one now.

I LOVE amethyst! They're all great, but I really enjoy the darkness of amethyst compared to the others.

Honestly...I don´t smoke and really hate coffee, so Ruby Gaba wasn´t bad, but just not my cup of tea, and Amethyst was... hard to believe some humans like that taste, but I really, really love Amber Gaba.

just tried ruby gaba again after many months. didn’t like it then. don’t like it now. i think it’s the pine/liniment flavor.
is there a way to salvage this or, just chalk it up to a loss? any other teas it might blend well with but won’t ruin in the process?

If you don't enjoy the ruby liniment note then it is a hard one to shake - maybe try using as an ingredient in iced tea for a little rootbeer quality?

@@MeiLeaf thanks for the tip. Am not a root beer fan either. lol. I did figure something out though. I decided to meditate on the flavor without judgment and realized it tasted a lot like a black tea (lipton/red rose) which I usually add milk to. So I did that and it tastes quite nice!

I was waiting for you to mention How it compared in the roasting department. I love my less roasted oolongs and think i will try the new one :) but man that must be a 80-90ml gaiwan and How much leaf are you using?? Looks like soo much 😀 i tend to go for 4-6g for my 90ml gaiwan. The lid wouldnt close after the second brew with any more leaf. Talking specifically about rolled oolongs. Cheets from 🇫🇮
