Fun fact: I was in this episode as an extra. Didn't see myself on screen but it was a lot of fun. Also, JDM is much taller than I thought, and Khary Payne (Ezekiel) is extremely nice in person. The whole crew were really cool.
Glad Rick didn't got Negan killed here. If he had killed him after using Carl's dreams and hope to get him to lower his guard, it just wouldn't sit right with me. Then one can argue what Negan deserves, but that opens up another can of worms.
About Morgan and Dwight, this was the last episode of their participation but Morgan's story continues in the fourth season of Fear The Walking Dead, as well as Dwight's story, he will find Sherry, Sherry will appear in the fifth season. I recommend starting to watch Fear The Walking Dead. TWD and Fear TWD are connected series.
"That's death and it's coming for us." that's gotta be one of the largest hordes of walkers in the series apart from the ones at the vetinary college and when abe had the fire truck. After watching the episode it really changes what Eugene means when he asked where Gabes faith went at a time when he needed it most, knowing what he had done. :) real cool. Great reaction again, had a lot of fun watching the you ladies. :) I really enjoyed this episode, Eugene really pulled it outta the fire here.
It also shows that Gabe's faith really was leading him the whole time when he was with Dr. Carson. He was confused when Carson died but if he didn't get caught and brought to Eugene's outpost he never would have been able to give Eugene the idea to create those defective bullets that backfired and saved everyone.
So excited for you to watch the next season of TWD. Every season is good but Season 9 feels like a new start for the group. I can't believe you only have 3 more seasons.
Season 9 is great! I must admit I had trouble getting through Season 7 and 8, but that wasn't just me lol, they lost lots of viewers after Glenn and Abraham's deaths. However, season 9 feels like a whole new chapter, much more back to horror and thrilling.
I'm glad everyone got to see Eugene's plan and save his people. I knew the ending of the War from the comicbook bit wanted everyone to see he was a good guy after all. Rick leaving Negan alive was Carl's peaceful idea and so glad the show took the comicbook ending. They had to make us cry with little Carl and Rick walking. But it is TWD. Loved the finale. I was so happy to get to see it in the movie theatre with other fans. I hope we get to do that in the future again. Hint AMC! Your reactions great as always!
Love this episode Maggie broke my heart and I understand how she feels but I think Rick did the right thing Eugene redeemed himself in an epic way Great reactions Storm Mom And Kimmy.
The fact that they were taking, and then Rick slit his throat.. was really fucked up. Thats why Rick saved him. Everybody saw what he did. When Simon wanted to take over, he fought him one on one fairly. But Rick just showed that he's willing to stoop lower than Negan. "Look what you just did" refers to all the people watching. If there was to be any future, Negan in that moment, had to live. If he killed him in a straight up fight, he could let him die.
It's here it's here it's here! I thought these two seasons were fine, I actually liked them a bit more than what comes next. I'd forgotten about how Maggie reacted after Rick's fight with Negan 😢 She's become more mature and hardened since losing Glenn and assuming that leadership role at the Hilltop. I agree that maybe Maggie should have read those letters, or gotten one of her own, but I was with Mom and wasn't really sure just what to think about Negan surviving.
Fun Fact: Danai Gurira (Michonne) was Really choking the shit outta Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) in that scene and it scared the shit outta Jeffrey when she did it lmfao.
Having finally watched the remaining seasons, there was so much in your ending discussion that I kept wanting to comment on, so instead I'll just say keep watching, some of your questions may be answered! 😶 And now that we've passed the biggest "I can't wait for" event and this arc with Negan, the reaction I'm really looking forward to is the appearance of a particular little miss in a hat. Well, and also...I'll just say ASL.
Love him or hate him or some kind of shit in between Jeffrey Dean Morgan plays Negan with an intensity and drive that TWD needed Even if his dialogue isn’t always great he is always great.
Hi, amazing channel! A slight side track but still in the realm of TV Shows; could you consider creating a tribute to the late and amazing Kevin Conroy? He passed away last year, and was the sole reason I got into acting. On MsMojo there was a video about the best voice acting in animate d movies and I think he should've been included for his role in Batman the Mask of Phantasm (the scene at the cementary). I have a VA background and there are some preconceived notions that it's not as demanding as regular acting; but the vocal training itself and perfecting the craft may take more time than any acting school. l feel like he's very underrated as Batman (ditto Mark Hamill as Joker) and even non existent in the conversation. PS. You almost saw me as Leon in those new Resident Evil games :)
If Negan was killed he would have become a martyr for the Saviors They would have kept trying to fight I felt bad for Maggie but Rick did the right thing.
I see one of you is tearbending. Also, when you were pleading to Negan to not kill Gabriel, did you all know this part aired years ago? Kinda like pleading with a memory...

were you a savior? or an alexandrian? thats cool!
Jesus was smiling during the conversation with maggie and daryl because he doesnt believe them

It never fails to make me cry that ending scene with Rick writing to Carl.

Rick’s letter to Carl is a beautiful scene with a beautiful theme.
That ending scene always bring me to tears 🥲

If u wanna know what happens to Morgan and Dwight watch Fear TWD
I wrote on multiple videos to them to watch FTWD but they don't even read the comments
This episode was what all those glimpses were of earlier in the Season when it showed Rick’s eyes all watery.

Now we are on the good stuff again glad you got through season 7 and 8 looking forward to you season 9 and 10 reactions some great episodes coming up
Can’t wait for you guys to continue, the last three seasons coming up, the writing gets better again. In my opinion
Yes i think the same, is like a new show
Just scratching the surface of Negan and his arc and ohhhh yeah there are most certainly spin-offs🤯🤯😂😂

Can’t believe how quick it’s come around. I remember being so excited for negan’s first episode reaction

Funny thing is if it wasn’t for Eugene Negan would have won against Rick he outplayed him It reminded me of a game of chess👍
Love him or hate him or some kind of shit in between Jeffrey Dean Morgan plays Negan with an intensity and drive that TWD needed Even if his dialogue isn’t always great he is always great.
You guys will have to start watching fear the walking dead because Morgan and Dwight go over there
morgan return to fear the walking dead season 4

Because of how he would have died..
Slitting someone's throat while talking with them, is what would have made Rick look like the villain.
Cool he won but goddamn rick needs to learn to fight similar to the governor got his as kicked quite a bit dang
The Governor got his ass kicked by Michonne.
The Maggie and Daryl scene was way to exaggerated for what reality is of what they are/were thinking.
I see one of you is tearbending. Also, when you were pleading to Negan to not kill Gabriel, did you all know this part aired years ago? Kinda like pleading with a memory...
Eujames
Not a bad finale, dragged a bit but egh
Does anyone hear whispering?
