Thank-You for this informative vid.... I'm about to tranistion from analogue to Walksnail HD this week, and needed this starting point. I'm a total noob to digital and editing..... Will be reading and watching piaylists till my eyes bleed haha Cheers :)
very cool. I've been using gyroflow and I'm just now researching switching to Walksnail from Analog. I'll definitly save this one. Probably getting the Fatshark goggles but I'm lost when it comes to all the walksnail versions. Flying the penguin so I think weight won't be an issue. I want DVR and was ready to buy a bundle when it said "up to 4 KM"? That's not very far. any suggestions...price is no object.
Ignore the 4km bit, that's just to keep the FAA happy. The system has been flown over 50km with high gain antennas. There are some new goggles due out in the next month or so. I'd hang fire for a few weeks. The V2 VTX with the Pro camera is what I like to use and has excellent low light performance.

@ab7rs Walksnail will be bringing them our shortly. Not sure who will be actually making them, probably not Redhat this time though. I'm afraid I don't have any details though.
@@Crunklefloop I just saw that Fat shark brought out a new Dominator HD. Box goggles probably won't work for me, especially since I can't try them in advance. Glad some new goggles are coming out though.
