    1) 0:35 Make sure each batten is fully in (put a lot of tension, then release it completely). Then put just little bit of tension. This way you may feel how much tension there is with your hand.
    2) 2:05 Put in the mast
    3) 3:45 Bit of downhaul, rig the cams
    4) 5:00 Pull downhaul just until the sleeve is tensioned
    5) 6:05 Put on the boom, no matter which eye on the leech
    6) 7:30 Grab the leech side of the boom, put it up to check the twist on the sail
    * The battens are counted from top to bottom 1 to 8 (the one closest to the boom is 7th)
    * Batten 4, 5, 6 should be on a line. Now it is not clear enough to me what he said about the direction of the work, but seem like mostly we work on 4 and 5 (releasing quite a lot of tension, but not too much to not loose the tensioner).
    * 8:35 Then He sails if number 5 is to high comparing to 4 and 6, we need more downhaul. (I think this increases the twist.)
    * 9:40 7, 8 were tensioned in beginning. If the sail doesn't rotate well, we release some tension on them (Note that the sail manual says battens 7, 8 should be bent).
    7) 10:05 Battens 1, 2, 3:
    * Put lot of tension on the batten 1 (It should be bent, by the sail manual).
    * Number 2 midway
    * Not really much on batten 3. Just make the wrinkles go away.
    8) 11:05 The top battens will get looser with use. You will need to re-tension them
    9) 11:20 Tensioning the bottom strap.

      I am not sure what does it mean to have the battens in line. Making the battens 5, 6 looser/tighter didn't really seem to change their heigh relative to each other. Could someone elaborate bit more on this? I am not really sure what to look for, ... which angle...
      Maybe my sail is too old (2016) and stretched for this kind of tuning. The fact that I've had to add some spacer to the batten near the ferrule to not run out of screw in the tensioner makes me more certain it might be the case and just simply getting rid of the wrinkles is perhaps the best job one can do.
