    Nice home... I see the fence is cut out for a tree so that neighbor may be a Karen.... buy at your own risk type of house.... I can see myself living there and also dealing with the Karen which I rather not do... so I would go for another house...also not in a HOA... like this one because I saw the homes that were next to it... which may actually make the price very much affordable by today's standards.... and I also know its not HOA because of the fence....LOL
