Glad you enjoyed the video. I just happened to be there with a couple of cameras in my lap. The ones that really made it happen were Mark Colozzi (who performed) and Charlie Hall, who wrote it.

Thank you for this. Between this and Mark Patinkin's Rhode Island dicshuneeery, I can get my RI fix! Man..I moved to Texas two years ago and while things are better for me down here...I miss home :( RI will ALWAYS be my home. I hope I get to move back some day. TIll then, i'm always gonna be a transplant.

These are fantastic!! However, the Ooodee one has me stumped...
Two guys in one of my classes in college were from Connecticut, one day they were talking about it, and one guy is like, yeah, I have to go to over the border to Cranston to visit family. I'm from RI, and it happened that another girl in this class was also from RI. At the same time after he mentioned it, we were both like, "Craaaaaaaaaaaaaaanston!"
So, I guess I'll be the third guy to comment who moved from Ra dylin to Califawnya. Yea, they love me out here! "401 to 310"

think it's rather funny that they're not familiar with one of the states. No geography lessons in school?
The accent is common in eastern Connecticut too. My grandma talked like that and she from New London. Love it and I have some Rhode Island accent because of my grandma but I miss her dearly she passed on a few years ago. Miss her voice.

I love this, I grew up in Smifeel haha and now live in Florida, and I'm still able to speak with this thick accent thankfully.
