This expert doctor didn’t see the medical records. He has no business talking about the validity of his non appearance. Every patient is different. And the patient is most likely taking pain meds that are mind altering meds. The fact that he’s not discharged yet says a lot about his condition. If they are consistent with handing out contempts, Sara and Agbayagde should have gotten contempt. Agbayagde ‘s hypertension was acceptable as excuse. A person could intentionally not take his BP meds and he’ll have an excuse already. Like I said he could be taking mild altering meds. What is the law? A person can not give testimony when they are taking mind altering pain meds.
Grijaldo did not submit a motion for reconsideration. Why? because no doctor would risk his license to go under the scrutiny of the congressmen about his professional credibility if he certifies that his patient cannot attend the hearing because of shoulder surgery.
I had bilateral knee replacement and bilateral rotator cup repairs in the not so far previous years. Right after your surgery, I was told to move my toes and exercise them. I was told to go to the toilet. And rehab was started at once to facilitate healing and recovery. Done when I was 57 yrs old.
