Yeah it made him better on offense now if he throws 2 special 1s in the span of 20 seconds u get a degen if your a robot+him gaining 3 charges for his sig can make him alot harder if the rolls aren't in your favor
Mister Sinister Regen must be bug or nerf. He doesn't increase his Regen no matter how many Regen passive you have.
yeah hopefully that get fixed or they change what his science passive does
