It started here. This test footage changed the course of comic book movies forever.
It paved the way for unapologetic comic accuracy, it paved the way for cursing in Superhero movies, and it paved the way for R rated violence to be accepted by the industry in this genre.
Deadpool went from a niche audience to a household name basically overnight. Ryan Reynolds was finally accepted by a comic book community. Deadpool was allowed to be depicted in all his faithful glory!
This footage made a Deadpool franchise possible, and now he just entered the mainline MCU story with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine! What a satisfying and incredible journey it’s been! If Ryan Reynolds actually WAS the one who leaked this test footage, this was the ultimate 4D chess move that’s payed off monumentally! Well played!
Without this leak we wouldn’t have the Deadpool movies
Thank you Ryan for leaking this…the movie was amazing 10/10
0:37 loved how they used this song in the opening
Was it?
No it was Like a Prayer by Madonna
I remember being so hype about the test footage, and when this specific project got green lit for a movie, I was ecstatic.
I love the Deadpool game but just imagine a new Deadpool game, Ryan voice acting in it
Thank you Ryan Reynolds for leaking this
Thanks to this leak, we have now 3 epic deadpool movies..
Because of this Marvel Jesus was able to save the MCU.
The ”I’m pregnant Trevor” should’ve stayed in the movie it’s fucking hilarious
