  • This is NOT a guide to register it to an internet service. It is for registering it with Cisco Call Manager.
The model I register is HT814

I have been fighting with the device for the past 2 months. Everything right except for the SIP User ID. Thanks for a great video.

great video, super helpful! one follow up question--with there being 4 different FXS ports. In order to use all of these ports, would I simply create 4 different devices in CUCM, each with a separate digest UID?

What license is used on Cisco Call manager for the Grandstream phone? Enhanced or Basic?

Thanks for your request! That is something I am looking into for a client and will post a video about it if I am able. Thanks for watching.

Bro, is Cisco going to stop cucm service?

I do not see that happening for a LONG, LONG time. So many people are using CUCM. But I am sure they are going to try to push everyone to the cloud.

I'm having problems, on a Cisco ATA 191, it doesn't register with CUCM, it shows the following error log, tftp download file , download loads file, (CTLSEP XXXXXX.tlv) fail ! in the case XXX would be the MAC of the device, I left it generic here in the explanation
    Anyone got this error?
