Even the least disliked videos have a high number of dislikes...
That's because of sad, selfish and politically motivated people. Eurovison remains a political contest. Representative of the countries with large diasporas will go into finials no matter how good or bad they perform. And those countries dislike the artist who are truly talented.
IDK why… I was expecting half of the presentations to have less than 15% dislikes…

@@jason256-8I am kinda shocked. Have been watching since 2014 and after a weaker 2022 and 2023 this years is one of my favorites together with 2015 and 2021.
But you know that people do not have to like everything? If you have two options Like or Dislike and you feel that song X is average, you wont give it a Like...

@@napoleonicprussiaball it is a pointless act as RUclips by default no longer shows dislikes. They should express their opinion so it can actually be SEEN via commenting. Like I get maybe when dislikes were visible to everyone it makes sense but now?? It makes zero sense

These kind of compilations suck the joy out of the whole thing. Reminds me of when the boys in my seventh grade class (13) made "bottom top lists" where no. 1 was the ugliest girl in the class, in their opinion. Pure bullying.

I think competition is high this year. I live Estonian song. Moldova’s is pretty too. My 5 yo son said the Latvian song was his favorite. It’s the type of song he likes. He used to sing “Watergun”over and over.
Finland is actually terrible, is 99% commercial and 1% "talent". Iceland is just unfair, everyone hates both her and her song just because it sounds outdated, but even if it is she's actually a great performer and the song is kinda good tho

The way only the bottom 10 has like sort of low dislike ratio and the top 10 has more dislikes than likes

Seeing how much the rehearsals were disliked, this might screw over the countries we expect to qualify to the grand finals… especially Finland, Estonia and Poland… Hopefully they don’t suffer the same fate as Austria did in 2022.

It's really sad to see all those dislikes.
You can't see dislikes of a video even with an addon. It only calculates estimates of what the ratio could be based on dislikes by those who have the addon (very few people). And there is the argument to me that if one truly cares about dislikes so much to install it, they're more likely to leave a dislike in the first place.

There are some songs that make me just want to say why. Why the hell did 45% of the people dislike Cyprus if it wasn’t either a bad song or a really good song, it was just ok.

I never understood why Germany gets so much criticism and so few points, really. Yeah, maybe last few years there weren't songs worthy of winning, but they certainly didn't deserve finishing dead last. I'm starting to believe some people deliberately don't vote for germarmany just to keep the meme "germany 0 points" alive. And meanwhile people in my country (Poland) every year is bitching about how nobody appreciates us... Eurovision viewers are strange indeed.
Same goes for France and Spain. I mean Paloma, Fulenn, Chanel … Chanel was way better than the 2 that were at the top. She was moving and singing perfectly. Look at this year, everybody is hating Slimane who is a respected artist in France and saying it’s boring etc. It’s not my cup of tea as I’m not a ballad type of person but, let’s be honest for a second, if Italy sends a similar song, everyone would like it.
