As a roleplaying game I feel like removing guns for real cars is not an ideal move. Having real cars would be nice but it’s not what the game is about. The cop roll without a gun would take so much away from what realism the game has, same as the criminal role. ik in the past we got by with cops having guns and criminals not having guns but it’s not an even playing ground then. And ik people abuse the weapons and shoot people ingame just to shoot people. even if it dose no damage wich is unfortunate but I feel like there’s a better way to deal with weapons and to negotiate with car company’s and brands 🤷

i remember when we had to switch onto the cop team to get a gun then switch back to the criminal team to be armed just really unfortunate what has to be done
It is kind of good that they are removing guns because the criminals would always use hacks for them to take advantage of the cops and mobile players plus it is also probably not a good idea to remove them because of role-play and it would be a nice feature to give a player gun in like a role-play.

Tbh as a RP game I feel like removing guns for real brands isn’t a good move. Of course there’s gonna be your occasionally griefers in public servers. But for RP servers this is the bread and butter of a police department. Adding on they removed tape and paper spray practically making it a bit more unrealistic. I played GV mainly for RP and it’s where I started for getting into more RO focused things. But if I’m being honest. Adding in real brands isn’t really a huge thing I’m excited for. Rather firearms I’m more excited in. I’m hoping they manage to walk through and get themselves a deal. But Ferrari I believe they’ll be a tough bullet to catch. Other than that. Hoping they re add those tools. In my honest opinion E/S is severely neglected in some cases as I do feel like it has been. We got new cars and things. But our tools need to be updated a lot more. Especially certain things with batons, and if something to help us out more for RP scenes. Tbh it’s doable w.o realistic logos.
Good i dont want guns in Greenville just real cars and trucks. Every time I join a server there’s always someone shooting with a gun for no reason so I am glad that guns are getting removed from the game

Yea, remove a realistic part of the game to have a realistic part of the game added that is already in the game. We don’t need car brands for realism, but we need guns for realism. Greenville is a driving game, not a shooting game, it is not a major part of the game so why the hell does it need to be removed?

Greenville was originally a driving simulator game, but since weapons and other mechanics got added, it was titled as a role playing game.
