This might just be my personal belief, but I think that Sehun CAN sing (maybe not on a Baek or Chen level), but SM doesn't give him any lines because long ago they determined he "couldn't sing". So they just don't really put the effort into him. He's improved a lot even in the last 6 months or so and they really need to boost his confidence because I would buy the hell out of any song that Sehun sings more than one line on (Unfair, anyone?).
