Why are people fighting on who should have more and less? EXO is a vocal group and the entire members are vocal line. But we should still keep into our minds the reason why some members have more and less lines is because of their roles. Lay, Kai, and Sehun dance more than the other members because they are dance line. Same with Baekhyun, Chen, and D.O that's why they have the most lines on all EXO's songs because they are they are the vocal trinity. As for Xiumin, he started as part of the rap line in EXO and EXO-M but he can definitely sing. For Suho, he can also be a main vocal of a K-pop group but it's just ChenBaekSoo are on a different level in singing and a lot of vocal analysts have said this. His voice fits Ballad, soft songs, than pop songs. For Sehun, the guy can sing it's just that the other members sing better than him or he's comfortable with rapping and singing. For Chanyeol, the guy can definitely sing. And his vocal tone is different among all the members which adds more flavor and texture to the song. I personally think that they were all given the best positions they should be in a group with their abilities. And even though Lay is a better singer and dancer than Kai while Kai still gets more lines and dance focus than Lay is because he's the visual or face of the group so he needs more exposure which happens in all K-pop group.
