Wow that’s a journey to the gate! Is that area before security with the market/grocery store In that huge hall for people that live nearby? Seems like so many shops pre-security.

The area at the entrance of the airport called Schiphol Plaza, below that area is a train station, and I assume that area serves both the airport and the train station.

Question about the Passport Control signs at 5:18 - is the self-service any faster than the "all passports" lanes?

Self-service in my experience was 3 times more crowded than all passports lines. All passport is better option.
