Ambulance rams bike riders at traffic signal

An ambulance, which was rushing to Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology with a sick two-month-old child, crashed into bike riders, who were waiting at a traffic signal at Kazhakootam, Thiruvananthapuram. The vehicle was on its way to the hospital from Kozhikode for an emergency surgery when an autorickshaw suddenly slowed in front of the ambulance, leading to the collision.
