The car sits chair is fine until we removed baby part, without that extra cushion baby doesn’t sit good at all. We are going to reclaim this chair. It should serve baby until 13kg or 2 yrs. The baby is 6 months and 8 kg and this doesn’t work. Should I buy new one, no way!

Hi 😊 When you use our Cloud T i-Size car seat with a Base Z2 or a Base T, it can be adjusted to a flatter reclining position inside the car, which also allows the child to sleep in the vehicle. For safety reasons the recline cannot be used when the car seat is installed with the vehicle seat belt.

Hi there! On the Base T, the Cloud T i-Size offers a 180° rotation, as in this group the seats can only be rearward facing. Thanks to the rotating mechanisms, the Cloud T i-Size can be rotated towards the door providing an easy entry and exit position. The Sirona T i-Size with the Base T offers a 360° rotation and can be switched between the forward and rear-facing positions.
Hi Adriana! When used in the car with the Base T, the Cloud T i-Size can recline as you desire. However, it cannot recline in the car without the Base T. Outside the car, it can be used with a stroller in an ergonomic lie-flat position.
Hi, the Base T and Base Z2 boast an improved adjuster slider button design which offers the user an easier and more fluid experience while installing and removing the base from the vehicle. They also feature rotation wings which improve the rotation functionality. The bases are exactly the same otherwise.
If you are planning to move the base because you might have more than one car it is a nightmare. That thing is beeping nonstop as soon as the foot is not firmly on the ground - which it obviously is not once you removed it from the car. Also, while you install the base there is a constant beep beep beep which drives not just the neighbours crazy. This is such an incredibly stupid "double safety" feature since there are green indicators already showing whether the foot is based correctly. Only one solution: remove the battery out of the foot, luckily that worked fairly easy.
Does it go completely flat when being reclined back? Is it safe? I’m trying to understand if the current model of T goes flat in the car, not just in the stroller

Our Cloud T i-Size car seat offers an ergonomic lie-flat position but this position is permitted exclusively for use outside of the car, for example on a stroller, and must not be used in a vehicle under any circumstances. However, when installed on Base T inside the vehicle, the newest Cloud T i-Size can also be placed in a semi-reclined position.

Hello! We are very sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your car seat. Could you please try the following advice? Please use one hand on the lever and one hand on the bottom of the seat. Try squeezing the lever and pushing the seat towards the lie flat position. Then try to pull the lever and use both hands to push it up right. This should resolve your problem. Can you recline the seat with the seatbelt option?

Its not that loud and you can just hold it compressed when it’s not on the floor. It’s not that big of a deal to do
simple trick - there is a sticker that is between battery and contact dont pull it away when u buy it and it will be quiet 😉
