Wow. If you're writing a script for AI to do the voice over, you may want to invest in some punctuation. Shorter sentences would be a good start. As would adding spaces or commas where most people would draw breath. The content appears to be good and the animation is standard Videoscribe fair, but the non-stop AI voice with terrible inflections makes it almost unwatchable.

So what is the difference between Physical Evidence and Place, I got a bit confused around that side?

like it says "any tangible element that provides service about it". these are the elements that a customers encounters during their service experience. this can be the facilities, equipment which can impact the customer's perception of efficiency and quality, packaging that contribute to the overall presentation of the service, brochures, pamphlets, menus, or any printed materials that provide information about the service and contribute to the overall impression and etc

Examples of physical evidence is basically a certificate of authenticity for any purchase or any bill with the name of the service provider ..and place is where u channel those services like storage facility offices or restaurant
