I am getting mine this Sunday, really excited to get them. Agree we just need Venom as new mold to complete these deluxe Insecticons.

They should have a 2 pack with a proper retool of kickback for ransack (not just a dumb head retool that looks nothing like a locust) and Venom

It is about time the Deluxe Insecticons got some respect. Pity that they are not mass released though. I've always thought that these robots transformed into more realistic insects than the purple ones.

Believe it or not, I had a buddy that was able to get that 4-pack....but didn't want the Ransack.
So thankfully I actually was able to get myself one pretty cheap.

And yeah, I'm waiting for a new Venom too even he ends up from the SELECTS line.

Got mine yesterday, and I love them. The 80’s knock-off* vibes are strong with those colors, and I’m here for it.

What I personally prefer to do with Chopshop to differentiate him further from shrapnel is to give him the bits that were shrapnel’s back bug legs as dual pistols in robot mode, while putting shrapnel’s gun facing down on his back, it fits perfectly in that 5mm port between the bug legs.

Bugs. We'll probably be waiting a long while for Venom (apparently he's due for October 2025), but these two look like a lot of fun in the meantime.

Has anyone else noticed that the Amazon exclusives have really solid boxes like Hasbro takes into account Amazon's "aggressive" shipping process

Venom is listed for next year. Not sure if he is a new mold. Or retool. If they do a retool I am thinking of a Kingdom waspinator would be good. But we are getting new aeriealbots.I am betting you. One of them will be a retool of another one. Like they did with breakdown & bombshell. I am hoping for at least one new deluxe insecticon mold & that be venom. My set is coming this week. Also animated wasp is coming repaint of Bumblebee. Finally him. I did get ransack & I saw one loose too at a comic store in Minneapolis last fall. for like $35 just for him too. I also saw a Fangry for $45 loose complete. But I have both of those. I can't wait for squeezeplay.
I think you might be right about the waspinator retool for venom , which is cool .. and yes we need the aerialbots for sure!
@@superrobotreviews Yes that is mainly the only one That I can think of will work for venom.I be surprised if we get a new mold for last insecticon. Silverbot I feel going to be commander size class. Like motormaster. Least we are now getting studio series g1 constructicons Now too. They said a New deluxe G1 swindle is coming for next year. So later on we will get new combaticons too. Least new combiners are coming too. menasor was just the start of it. Hasbro wanted to redo him from combiner wars.
@@kerry1979 yeah a large accurate superion would rule! I heard rumors that the swindle is gonna be animated...
I'm this close to being totally sold on them. All the new tooling and colors are cool. I don't know enough about the characters, but the weapons being the same, but painted to match their bodies seems strange. I assume it's accurate to something but it just looks uninteresting (to me). Sounds like a small complaint when I type it out, but a more striking weapon color would be nice! The hammer and effects are cool too. If I had no other Insecticons it would be a no brainer.
yeah true, the deluxe Insecticons were not as popular as the mainline bugs...which is probably why they released them as limited exclusives. yeah the original figures had weapons color the same as the figures. I am a fan so that's why I dig them.

Already annoyed that within a minute I see a dumb basic decision by Hasbro, by wrapping the weapons in autobot themed paper. It’s a small thing, but why make the paper for just one faction …?
