Great channel great lesson
Loved everyone of your lessons I've seen 🤓👍 specially the tool related and music theory like this one!! Last year some injuries kept me away from the guitar, but now I'm better and recovering my chops, this vid was a super boost to my motivation.
I usually Robert Fripp my scales and practice them with odd patterns and polyrhythms following your advice to make them musical and less boring, these shapes have been lots of fun in that sense. What a way to get back on track! Thanks for everything you share!
almost 100k!!!!
Should hit it very soon! 🤘🙏
You're so close to 100k!
Awesome. Just starting on guitar. Sounds really cool.
Illuminating lesson!👍
Jimmy Page used minor, diminished and major triads, to riff between implied notes & chords to compose amazing soundscapes in Led Zeppelin’s iconic library of songs.
“Since I’ve been loving you”
“No Quarter”
“Achilles last stand”
“Kashmir”
Just to name a few.
Not to mention Jimi Hendrix masterful use of triads!🎸
Heavily used in cinematic music as well.
Thank you so much!! Love your videos man!! There alot of help thanks...
Glad you like them!
10:04 Are you a cyborg?
The matrix is cracking.
You're cool
5:59 minor 3rd = 3 frets
Yes, otherwise what I played wouldn't have been diminished. It's more of the "shape" of the m3 (played horizontally) spans 4 frets.
