@@ShabowskyI would say for land combat either stam or land speed is good but I use the swim sub just because of the looks, I started with defense now stam and kinda keep switching them lol but now I use an all-around type build, still pretty good, I think a full water build sucho will destroy spinos and such in water though for sure loll

As Bo said, its a healing effect. But you dont get it from drinking the water anymore, it is just whenever you touch the water now.
