I think it's because booth stories are based on Nine Tailed Fox mythology. Idk why, but when i watch Tale of The Nine Tailed, i get the strangely same vibes when i was watching Inuyasha back then. Maybe it's because the mythology of booth stories are similar.

I never had seen the Classic Anime~**Inuyasha** , even tho I'm very Aware of that Anime but it's just that I was never motivated enough to check that out to watch. But in my personal opinion, to me, **FOR T. L. O. L. O. Affections Touching Across Time also heavily inspired by Chinese traditional piece of classical music. The title is "Trail of Angels" if i wasn't mistaken. Try to listen that one, the sound are strangely similar, either to Affections Touching Across Time or Tale Of The Nine Tailed BGM Past Life.
