Watched this this morning. I have a large pork loin in the fridge and have been looking for alternative ways to cook it. This looks lush so I nipped out and bought leeks and cream. I'm going to add apples to the crock pot for extra apple flave. Also, this week I made your penne pasta with chicken and sundried tomatoes. OMG! Taste explosion. That's going to be a staple now. Nice on it's own or with a burger and corn on the cob. Keep being you, Nic. You're pretty ace. x
Me again. Today I made your billy basic roast pork and the slow cooked pork in cider sauce. I did add apples as well as cider and it is absolutely lush. The basic roast is incredibly moist. I made the gravy too. Both are fabulous!!

@@northernnicsbackkitchen2206 I think add some apple sauce from a jar to the mash. I had that once, somewhere. It was really nice. It might also have had a little horseradish in, too. Anyway, very tasty :)

Can you substitute the cream with something less fattening? I am trying to lose weight,,it looks fantastic by the way!
