Speedway were a great band and Jill is/was gorgeous!
That's Dan Gillespie Sells from The Feeling playing guitar opposite Jill if I'm not mistaken! Shame what happened to Speedway, they were a good band, should've been bigger.
She looks like Sarah Harding from Girls Aloud (who is sadly dead but even so).
