I think they would have more success if they gave a bit of wiggle room and said people could use mixers. I personally have always liked using an egg beater, added benefit of being able to use any bowl and not needing to get the mixer out for one element.

Why did this guy talk so such at the start?? Please bring back the old style, with classic, chill, hardworking individuals who talk in their own language and explain what they do, without so much "shazam". I don't want a big introduction in English, but the smith introducting himself in his own language. I don't want a QnA, I want a story, told by the man it belongs to. The only thing GBS still have going for itself is the uniqueness of its topics, because the videos themselves have degraded. I will post this under each new video until you improve, hoping that you do. Change is good sometimes, but only when needed.

NOPE Big difference, when done by hand, the cream though airy, is denser and has a more unctuous mouth feel than by machine.
