I don’t really think it’s an issue. When we can’t see her face, we aren’t missing much since we can still hear what she is saying. She isn’t a very physical reactor, she usually just says what she is thinking.
What I love about Bob is that he doesn't have much personality, but he has just enough. These little signs of personality make him so likable to me, such as him using the Route 66 sign as a weapon, him sweating oil and moving his hat into a more badass position before pulling out the big guns. I love it! And I love Bob!

The diner is the same diner you spawn in on Route 66(the map in game) On the map you have to escort a Payload, the thing you see Ashe and co get carted away on, but in game the Payload was carrying some kind of crate. In the crate was apparently the new Omnic Character we see, Echo. She isn’t in the games yet, though she may be coming soon. The train we see fall over was done by Ashe and her gang. It’s also in game. Lore bits! We don’t know how McCree lost his arm, though we think it had to do with B.O.B B.O.B stands for Big Omnic Butler Ashe’s gang includes B.O.B who is her Ultimate move, and also who aren’t in game yet, The Triplets we see, and the Omnic Sniper who gets shot twice. Poor guy. McCree was originally part of the Deadlock Gang, with Ashe, until he was captured, arrested, but then signed up for Blackwatch with Reaper, Moira, and past edgey Genji when he was still upset with his robo ninja body. Ashe is the leader and founder of the Deadlock Rebels, a criminal gang. McCree was with them when Ashe founded the gang, but when Overwatch took down the gang (well, at least momentarily, as it seems they are back in action now) McCree was among the members of the gang that got captured. The leader of Overwatch's covert ops division Blackwatch, Gabriel Reyes (later to be known as Reaper) recognized his capability, resourcefullness and skills as a marksman, so he gave him the choice between going to prison or joining Blackwatch and took it as a chance to atone for his past misdeeds. So, yeah, they were in a gang together, maybe even cofounded it, it's not so clear as of yet. As for their relationship ... the chief guy who handles Overwatch's lore, Michael Chu, said that McCree and Ashe were never romantically involved, but honestly ... she keeps a photo of him on the dashboard of her bike (as seen at 13:09), so my personal opinion is that there must have been something. They were at least very close, one way or another. As for the arm ... there is nothing to actually support the notion that Ashe is responsible for McCree loosing his left arm. According to one of his ingame skins, he still had his real arm until quite some time after he allready left the gang and joined Blackwatch and since it seems like the event in this short is the first time they met since he left the gang, i'd say it's unlikely that Ashe is behind that. It's not completely impossible, though. And for the high noon ... the reason Blizzard let this all happen at 12 o'clock is that "It's high noon" is one of McCree's catchphrases in Overwatch that he uses when he activates his Ultimate and by now it's basically a meme that even the characters in Overwatch are aware of and make fun of here and there.
As an owner of a Sennheiser Game Zero, a headset that's kind of the similar to the one that you are promoting, I can say that these headsets are a great investment. Great sound, great microphone, and quite sturdy. Althought I don't know much about this one, mine had closed caps and a memoryfoam shell, which was pretty comfortable for me. If you are looking for a headset that has great sound (for most/more instrumental music), and a Mic that is on a good receiving standard (noise suppression), then this might be your new favourite.

I wish it were back to the older style, since that way you could still do the big screen, but when you want to cut to your face, you could just keep the video in a corner at the very least, so we don't miss out, since it's infuriating hearing stuff going on and not being able to see it.
