I like the way you use the wince to get you into corners that are taken at speed. I will adopt said tactic for my own shenanigan's
It's just a habit at this point. Takes a little getting used to but then it becomes second nature.
Good job, it is quite a drawn out region. I'm looking forward to kola too, but vote for all manual logging, no shuffling. Also I'd like to see you buy a new truck for kola, voron d maybe?
I'm planning to do all the logging traditionally so that's no problem.
As far as the Voron, I'm challenging myself to see how far I can make it using only the trucks I find in game. We have a good fleet already so it shouldn't be a problem. 🙂

I started with you on Tamyr i passed you up when you took a week off. I miss having your input and calm to guide me. LAKE KOVD was cold and lonely. Im on Yukon now and it just feels impossible. You need to blaze through Lake Kovd please.
Kola Peninsula won't take me long to finish, my personal record is 18hrs 48min playing straight through on a twitch LiveStream. While I won't do that again it usually takes about 2 full days of gameplay to complete. Editing videos takes awhile but I'm speculating about as long as Alaska took to complete. We'll be in Yukon before you know it. One piece of advice for Yukon, do the second map first. It will give you a bit of confidence getting the contract list down instead of spending days on one contract in the first map. Good luck!
Thanks for this series, i'll be watching the next in Kola Peninsula when i'm done with Taymyr Hard Mode (70% atm).
I've not taken a single Log mission since the beginning of this run, trailers and addon cost at least half the rewards and the mechanic is weird (3 logs count as full load).
You are not trying the Contests ? some/half of them are fun.
My trucks for russian regions are the Yar 87, The Tayga, The Dan, i also have the Voron AE but i've found it not very good (good but clearly behind the Tayga although they share same engine gearbox and tires), i'll probably resell it when i get the Tayga 6455B.
I'm not doing the contests on this playthrough, although I have done them all before. A lot of them are fun for sure.
The logging can be a headache on hard mode. Like you said, the addons and trailers are expensive.
The Voron trucks are good but yeah, they're just secondary versions of the Tayga.
I usually only buy the Lo4f when I'm playing hard mode, it's cheap too. It's a good recovery scout with 300 repair points and very stable although not the most capable.

Logs arent so bad with a teammate we tipped over twice and it wasnt frustrating at all just good ole fun
Logging with friends is alot of fun, running convoy style is an adventure!
