Snapper and Snook (Season 5 Ep 09)

Hitting Arno Bay on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, Nicky heads out with local legend and charter captain ‘Fuzz’ to target hard-scrapping snapper and snook. Along the way Nicky learns about some of the many delicious table fish and crustacean species available in this unique fishery, and rounds off a successful day’s fishing with a good old fashioned Aussie cook-up.

Lol 6:21 sounds like someone let one rip! Good fishing there though, you should try do a trip next time around Port Stephens in NSW. I usually fish off there and the Marlin run is always good in warmer months, dollies, snapper, kingies, jew fish etc always good too.

We have a "Snook" or "Rabalo" centropumous unidesimalous(spelling). Common snook here in sunny Florida....
