Do these folks use the bridle as the main pull to keep them upward, or is it only for steering? I really hope the horses mouths are not getting pulled so the rider can keep upright, please tell me I'm wrong. Because I really disagree with whips and harsh bits, and harsh equipment in general, but I would like to understand before I judge. :)
I wish competing bit less was more accepted, not that all bits are harsh, just you know can't be comfy.
