- I've finally managed to train my commander to level 11, so let's go out in my favourite feel-good ship and see what those guns can do with APCS.
What do you mean, we already featured the Richie? Of course we did! I like that ship! There's no such thing as too much Richie contents.

Dude yess this is my shit i was about to build some settlements in Fallout 4 but then terry had to drop another banger.
I remember eons ago when a red team Richie would cause an "oh crap!" moment. Not as much now, there are other scary things out n about now, but shes still potent!!!
Roma used to be the "ah, well, we lost" thing, and she's still good today. Richie has been sort of in her shadow, was my impression. Of course, today, we have Atlantico, but I still love my Richie. Just the perfect combo of speed, position-memery, decent AA that I don't have to immediately run from a CV, and 8 guns forward. The most fun are late-game rushes, when you can just "you wanna go? Let's go!", curse in French, and get those secondaries to work.

❓ Can you do a quick tutorial for the Dutch cruiser "air strike" attack mode? It doesn't seem like anyone has devoted a video to teaching it on RUclips. Your earlier Dutch cruiser video from about a year ago is the closest thing to it so far. Thanks.

I don't have Richelieu, but I do have Dunkerque, and she is a fist of pain as well, often causing citadel damage to things like bbs. Teir 6 Richelieu?

ANWAY I HAVE A QUESTION I CANT GET A 100% answer on.
If I use traverse speed 10% in slot 2 and traverse speed 15% in slot 3, is that 25% of the base stat? Or is that 10% of the base then 15% of that?
I was under the impression equipment slots were the only perks that could stack together.
Lastly I know fire and flood protection isn’t worth it.
But is deck protection plus the commander perks not helpful on a bb like GK?
Or does deck protection just not work right.

Welcome aboard! I'm German, and while I've been living in Australia for the last 14 years, I guess I'll never get rid of the accent all the way.
Factors from modules and everything else should be multiplicative, so I'd expect base * 0.9 * 0.85, but I'd have to test it to be sure. For rudder, at least, it's a visible stat, so you can check by looking at your rudder shift time with both modules installed. The stat changed is the full traverse time from hard left to hard right rudder, in seconds.
I used to run double rudder builds on my German cruisers, but I'm increasingly switching to acceleration in 2. It's just such a useful stat. Concealment in 3, especially at high tiers, is a strong contender as well.
I did videos with some testing on the deck protection mod, and it seemed to have no statistically relevant impact. I've also done some testing on the extinguisher skill, and that seemed to be disproportionately impactful. I'll look them up, sec...

There's always more testing to be done, so feel free to pick up on the methodology and run your own series. I know one of my viewers is busy noting down fire stats from post-battle-results for effective chance determinations 😄
@@FunandGameswithTerry Thank you for helping us to better understand the game. It's frustrating when you pick a skill and don't have the ship's applicable stat to see the difference in performance. Then, we have to rely on objective analysis, which rarely works for me.
Am not a BB player, but richelieu could be my type
I'd say I'm probably a cruiser main, but Richie ticks the right boxes. At least for randoms, she's a good all-round package, in competitive, you'll probably going to get your turrets shot off a lot.
She's fast, and can get to where she needs to be. The armour isn't great, but the layout of the guns, and the positioning it allows, makes up for it. It's a fun ship.
How can I get the Richelieu, it is never in the shop?
