- S04EP45| In today's episode of The Breakfast Club, Zenzele Ndebele speaks to CCC Acting President; Prof. Welshman Ncube. #Asakhe @followers @highlights
If prof can be given chance to lead he is more matured in politics has got leadership qualities we need brave man like him that can confront a buffalo and hold it with his hones kunini sithenjiswa I bullet train maqabane we're stuck here.
Prof ,may the Lord judge you accordingly
The Prof is a mature and brilliant politician resourceful enough to continue playing a pivotal role in the country. he never insulted or blasphemed his attackers. I personally know this man what a think tank. Siziba learn from this political guru. and u will learn the trade ropes..
Even if you perceive him as a guru, everyone makes mistakes seasoned champions like him included. To me it was a huge mistake to wash his hands sitting in the terraces as Tshabangu devastated CCC.
Champions of insults will always ignore facts and stick to undemocratic leadership. Thank you Prof for clarity🙏
Gagisa my guy.like your thinking
You're a fool
The most secretive issue is the most apparent .When all is said and done, political strategy must be backed by numbers . Politics is a game of numbers my good Prof . I can not fault your intellect , you are up there , but i am not convinced that the organization you intent to breath life into is still alive. You are flogging a dead horse. Plus , nothing happens by accident in politics . Tshabangu is a creature of those who are now caucusing to give CCC a new direction.
Name names and give evidence because right now there are 3 or so CCC factions!! Tshabangu has his own which is totally different and against the one in which Biti, Ncube, Kore, etc are! If they had worked together Tshabangu and A. Mhlanga would have roasted Biti and Ncube!!
The same way you failed to stop Tshabangu and Chamisa's dictatorship is exactly the sign that you cannot be trusted anymore. A true leader rises in times of turmoil and safe guards the gains of the people. You failed on that and this loud voice not will not save anything. We can't be talking about 2019, after all the poisoning from Khupe and Mwonzora. No, we needed something totally untainted. Taking us back to 2019 is mischief!
Who & where was Tshabangu in relation to Gweru 2019? And how does Welshman know him,for him to even be able to call him and just accept whatever he did?🤔 Very strange
Exactly, Tshabangu was not even at Gweru congress?
Mutengesi
What’s very strange is why you still believe Chamisa’s lies that he doesn’t know Tshabangu when we all have seen pictures of them together. Everybody in the CCC leadership knows Tshabangu

Mr Ndebele please take charge of your interview.
Well said mate. It looked like it was a Welshman rally.
Chamisa has his faults and mistakes but the betrayal you did to the people movement this time will not be forgiven.
True noone is perfect but these snakes only thought of themselves and betrayed us citizens who is a fool to believe them
Zenzele should have made an obvious follow up . Professor give an example of the autocratic tendencies that Chamisa showed. If you don't probe as a journalist it leads to a shallow interview.
Once one says the party has no positions, and he is the only person with a position.. thats a red flag
U failed in your party ungumgodoyi
He imposed hwende in kuwadzana as an example
If you hadn't noticed Chamisa's autocratic tendencies from more than a year ago then read the recent Lovemore Chinoputsa's resignation letter it;s there on Bulawayo24, then we can discuss further. Have you EVER heard of a party leader who just abandons a party without OFFICIALLY informing other members of the party. Not only that but then calls for his supporters to attack, insult and threaten the very MPs that party leader had appointed just because they didn't follow him blindly to wherever he was going? Is that not dictatorship? When you hear people say "Chamisa owns the CCC" what does that mean? Is that democracy? Who puts their face on party regalia as the party symbol?
Mahare was not a member of CCC; she contested as an independent candidate, but she was appointed party speaker from nowhere. You can choose to ignore Chamisa's autocratic tendencies, but they are all over you need to open your eyes
Great wisdom Prof but I’m not happy with how you handled the Tshabangu case still. You called, asked and left it there instead of regrouping and fight this guy who gave more parliamentarians to ZANU.Looks like you just wanted to expose Chamisa because of his shortcomings. You chose to burn the house and try to rebuild it later. It might be to late now.Worse you want to engage Tshabangu after all this ,instead of expelling him as he acted authoritarian above all of you just as you are accusing Chamisa.Double faced.
Chamisa was still lying that they don’t know who Tshabangu is at that time which was his chosen strategy to deal with the situation. How did you want him to deal with it?
Indeed they were laughing in their armpits
@@rejoicedube True. Chamisa is getting away with it while blaming others for his own failures!!
Why do you want to FORGET and DISREGARD the fact that Ncube and Biti had been sidelined by Chamisa and couldn't form a parallel defence team against Tshabangu. Where Ncube is answerable is talking to and asking Tshabangu about the recalls then doing nothing further. Unless of course there were other things said which he is not revealing. Why is it NOT a SINGLE PERSON (including Chamisa) in the CCC want to CLARIFY who Tshabangu is exactly?
You can hear Sengezo behind him
Loud and clear
The dots are connecting
Loud and clear
Lesten careful if you are sincere enough you will understand this iconic guy .Only Gugurawundist can not understand this
This man proves to be the voice behind Tshabangu. Clearly Tshabangu tried to explain exactly the same things the Prof is explaining. He didn't do it well because it wasn't his idea. Now the man who owns the idea has come hence the eloquence
Hahahha Pro we will meet pambili le!
This platform was for welsh to try and clear his name Zenzele did not ask him the facts on the ground. Anyway the train is gone.

Zenzele my brother you are a very good journalist.. when you bring someone on your platform you let them speak their mind and you ask priceless questions..keep on keeping on
Well said Prof. the party most of the time competes to be Zanu PF that needs to be done away. An interesting interview, leadership in motion.
Now I can join ccc as long chamisa is not there chamisa thinks he is the only beater person
True! Focusing on the things that matter
Chamisa is the real deal, denying Zanu pf two thirds is no joke in an election
I like it when the Prof said, people are not fools. Indeed the masses know their leaders, and some have taken the wrong turn. Time will tell
unfortunately PEOPLE ARE FOOLS! They have been indoctrinated by zanupoof to such an extend that they think the zanupoof way of doing things is the best and when opposition leaders use the same method they find it normal. Intolerance to different opinion, spite, mudslinging, lies, verbal attacks, etc are all zanupoof methods and the people believe them without asking any questions or for evidence. That not how change comes with more of the same!! Where is democracy, accountability and transparency?
Thats why Chamisa left ccc he had no ground to claim that its him who started the party nw i know where ccc started from
You are brainwashed don't buy this story
Well articulated prof. Facts can be unpopular but they remain facts.
So do u mean recalling mps was the best solution to solve your problems hence giving away our hard fought efforts
He's tired of doing politics decided to mess up coming out with some desperate measures
This guys is sharpand preaches a better realistic message than chamisa unfortunately
Oh okay 😂
There is a serious lack of maturity in the Zimbabwean politics and people at large, as long as Zimbabweans continue to support leaders based on their ethnicity, tribe and popularity instead political ideology we are doomed for another 100 years.
Well said man.
Thank you .
The problem is with us the people the politicians are just capitalising on that
powerful observation my Bro
Ncube is saying Tshabangu was/is not CCC SG so if everybody denies the Tshabangu claim how come Zanu pf believed him??
Was asking myself the same question
So Welshman called Chabangu 3 times without consulting the party organs? This man is a liar.
Is Prof in other words saying Advocate Chamisa is an authoritarian 💁🏾♀️. Interesting 😊 which party are they planning to get back MDC or CCC?
I all humbleness I know ure very intelligent is Chamisa a democrat or a Good dictactor … mind you its not wrong having a good dictactor 😅
Very intelligent question
Even kindergarten kidz can see this is nonsense
No other words here. He is directly saying Chamisa is a dictator! Is he? I need the evidence.
so tshabangu was right that he is working with some leaders in ccc
That didn't come out from this interview. Your deductions are baseless. Ncube in this interview said there was a court decision and the he was "speaking: with Chamisa on that issue(of recalls).
Yes he said it several times that chamisa is in agreement with what he is doing
@@dumontuliki855 Saying it doesn't necessarily mean that's the truth. One has to listen to what the other side is also saying and MOST IMPORTANTLY the REALITY on the ground. Politicians always say things to please the listener but act differently!!
This man is confused. If he insists CCC is MDC alliance, how come Mwonzora is not part of it. CCC is a new entity that members of MDC like Mwonzora could not be part of. It was formed by people who used to be MDC but it’s a new entity. This guy and his Tshabangu crew will not be in politics soon
19:51
So how did Tshabangu recall MPs?
Zim has a leadership drought mainly bécause the majority of people approach politics like their bush churches. The idea that a popular leader does no wrong and is followed no matter what is a serious defect in Zim politics. These people just suspend their thinking abilities and shout stupid slogans like ED pfee, chamisa chete chete.
The popular leader can do wrong but he gets MPs and Councillors elected the unpopular leaders recall the elected MPs and go on to lose the same constituents. You can now judge who people will trust here
@@rashedngadze8853 Why not call the popular leader to account rather than just gloss over his wrongs?
Leadership is about numbers and having people following. A wrong leader with a following is better than a right leader with no following.
Haurevi nhema. I think zvitori mu DNA medu, just check karanganda TV. We respect authority to a fault. A Chief can trample on people's rights, and everyone will still 100% support him. Also noticed kuti there's little difference between MaProfita and n'anga. And these people are trusted so much they're like small gods. So I'm not surprised with the blind following that I see the zim politics. The people remind me of the Jews in the bible when asked by Pontius Pilate kuti tonunura ani Jesu kana kuti Barabbas they chose the criminal.
Zenzele should have asked for further clarification about Tshabangu's actual position in the CCC and how he became the CCC SG since the Gweru congress didn't elect him.
So who’s Sengezo Tshabangu ????
This man is more dangerous than ZANU as he masquerades as a democrat and a common sense guy. If Welshman was disgusted by Tshabangu's dirty work he should have castigated him and came out in the media to disown him. Keep in mind that Welshman, upon his appointment as an interim CCC leader, pledged to reach out to Tshabangu and never did anything to castigate Tshabangu for undermining people's democratic will. It baffles me that Welshman has said warm things about Tshabangu than he has said to Chamisa. It's equally disturbing that there seems to be more impetus to engage Tshabangu than engage Chamisa.
I wonder how Welshman intends to engage ZANU as the ruling party is bent on destroying any opposition, unless if the opposition is a ZANU puppet. This implies that Welshman is either deluded or hiding from telling us his real objective here.
Keep in mind that this self proclaimed democrat does not give any precise date for a CCC congress. You can get it from me that there will be no CCC congress this year as Welshman knows he has no political clout at all.
Also note how Welshman evades to answer the question if he will contest at the next congress. One feels that the interviewer could have been a bit more critical and should have endeavoured the expose the unfounded claims in Welshman's submission.
Problem is that fanatics of Chamisa want to hear what they want to hear and if anybody says the truth as it comes they are not liked.its sad.why can't people just be fair
I hear you. May you can help some of us. What is it that Chamisa did wrong that pushed the good guys like Tshabangu to recall the people that were chosen by the electrolate?
Why didn't Tshabangu fight Chamisa internaly than fight the will of the people?
Now that Chamisa has left for Tshabangu to take over ( which is something you and Zanu should celebrate) why still attack the guy and his supporters?
@@masvingozimuto let me help you.Chamisa did not repsect results of primary elections done by the party. He brought and imposed his people when he was being corrected internal he thought he is now a God who should not be challenged then this is the result of his actions.Tshabangu just wanted to put sanity in the part and let the will of the people reign in the party
@@masvingozimutoif there is anyone attacking anyone is Chamisa fanatics they're like those people from the prophets churches the guy is clearly a dictator he imposed his own candidates he destroyed structures except his even the way he speaks is dictatorial come on open your eyes
@@lancencube5205Okay fine. It seems we have 2 wills of the people. The will of the people in CCC who participated in the primary elections, and the will of the people who participated in general elections.
The ones Chamisa imposed won the the general elections I don't know if they are any who lost. Even the double candidature the ones whom you claim won the primary elections lost.
It is also surprising that after the recalls were made Tshabangu then got the people you are saying won the primary elections to represent CCC and they lost. I don't know if they are any who won. What I know is ZANU now have two thirds majority.
Still let us assume you are correct that Chamisa made a blunder, would it not have been better to fight Chamisa than to recall the MPs .which were elected by people .
Let me also educate you.
You and I may for some reason not like Chamisa. But when God says that's the men to take Zimbabwe to the promised land , no superpower can stop him. We don't have to like him , but when the time has come, we can only fight him at our own risk. Leadership is not a title, leadership is responsibility. If you take it buy force it will bite you.
🥱🥱🥱
The questions, which no one wants to answer are
1) How did Tshabangu get the powers to recall the MPs alone ? If he was not alone who was he working with and to achieve what.
2) How do we expect Chamisa to build a strong team that he can work with when the same team wakes up and just go against the will of the people? It would have been better to fight Chamisa within than fight the will of the people you are perpoting they are the owners of the party.
3) The electrorate is intelligent enough tto know why CCC did not have known structures. Infiltration has always been a problem.
I will conclude by saying the real problem was created by ZANU and its agents within CCC so that you guys focus on useless recalls instead of disputed elections Chamisa knows that thats why he left because he knows where the power comes from.
I listerned to Tshabangu only once when he was talking to Trevor Ncube. If you people call that guy a leader, then you are a big joke. After his recalls did you win? Is Zanu not having two third majority? and you still want to blame Chanisa.
This was a lecture by Prof and not an interview.
Why calling Hlabangu and not your President Chamisa to adress the anormally
Coz is no longer part of CCC and declared to have nothing to do with it.
Chamisa was still busy lying to voters that he does not know Tshabangu which meant no one could advise Chamisa to deal with Tshabangu properly
Thank u Prof you are a man .
These guys waited for chamisa to bring in some great votes then chipped bcz without chamisa they were not gonna make it

Now let's see what he can accomplish! NONSENSE!
Prof, it's interesting that you first get informed by a colleague in diaspora about the recalls then your first thought is to call Tshabangu himself to confirm and not your President Chamisa to find out if he is aware of the news.
So you told us you were in contact with twabangu and you did not communicate this with President Chamisa so true what twabangu said he had backing from you and biti. Go well to zanu pf let's see if you will still have a party when the blue movement is announced

I have one question for The Professor, which leadership was elected in Gweru, by the Tshabangu's words, you see. When you launched the part you said you are starting afresh. You should not talk about honest and integrity when you cannot be honest about the difference between CCC and MDC-Alliance. You are a disgrace to be honest. People will not forgive you for this.

When are you putting your face on the logo prof I mean as the most senior leader who has been elected to act first you can't be lifting a barner with toxic Chamisa's face
I understand Prof Welsh. Chamisa has turned the party to a cult. It’s no longer chinhu chevanhu but party yaChamisa.
A coin has 2 sides so don't just jump into conclusion before you get both sides. I don't expect anything to come from Prof he has failed before with his own party MDC Ncube what happened to it did it ever get seats anywhere??
@@priscillamuchena6765you will never get the other side because they can’t say anything without showing they lied. Chamisa lied. People died.
Haivuyiwe better ZANU PF gets 2/3 than for Chamisa get credit?
Yes we are not fools and we know what we want. We want CHAMISA not this nonsense
