i hope you enjoy this video of my night routine with Jesus! The success of the day is in the night before - so I have been really trying to prioritize my night routine with God with healthy habits, journaling, skincare, reading my Bible and a good book, as well as planning for the next day. this is what's really been working for me from going to bed early, doing bible study, cooking healthy meals, journaling, prayer, planning, etc.
PLEASE NOTE not every night is perfect - but this is what i am striving for! I love y’all so much and hope this inspires you to do the same! Xoxo, Ash

Same, my nights are filled with restless turning and inability to just calm down to sleep. Also I felt as though I didn’t know what to do with my evenings, forgetting that a good night routine would prepare me for the morning. So this came in a clutch

I used to complain a lot about being "the only one" to cook, clean, care for my dogs, do the shopping etc. looking back I feel bad for my husband lol. But more recently I have been taking those tasks I used to complain about and turn them into acts for the Lord. I put on my worship music and start doing what I have to do. I now have the mentality that I am cooking and cleaning for God, I'm doing the laundry for God, taking the dogs out for God. This really works and it makes those tedious tasks way more enjoyable. God blessed me with a husband to cook for, a home that is so loved and lived in that it needs cleaning, two amazing dogs who love me. It should be my responsibility to enjoy the things God blessed me with. 💗

Thanks Ashley! I have been struggling with spending time with God lately. I have been telling myself, “oh, you know what? I will just read the Bible later.” And then I never do it. I have also been on my phone more than I have been spending time with God, and that has really affected me. But you’re a big encouragement, and great role model. So thank you so very much!

I am in the same situation, even though I'm doing the 40 days challenge, and girl ! I can assure you that when you start spending time with God, focus on him, it's a game changer ! Since yesterday I'm so good in my skin, and the days seems to be so much sweeter. Always ask God to be the guide of your day and to helps accomplish your to do list, while living extra time to accomplish his desires. Praying that God help you through all this process. It is possible and he's already rejoicing because you want to spend time with him. 🥰

I am new to your channel, and tbh, this video was a holy, loving slap-in-the-face from God telling me to get back on track with dwelling on His Word. I'm a full-time, (first time on-campus) college student with a bad sleep schedule this semester. I leave all my studying for the night that I go to bed so late I stopped reading my bible at night; then I wake up the next morning 20 minutes before class and am always rushing around. "Be still and know that I am God." Definitely a wake-up call from the Lord to get away from the craziness and make time for Him. God bless you Ashley 🤍

CHRISTIAN NIGHT ROUTINE w little adjustments
eat dinner (coz my father cooks)
wash dishes
plan day (what did I not get done today that I can bring tomorrow?)
based on my top goals rn, what can I make sure I focus on tomorrow?
Bible
skincare and haircare
journal/prayer (start to have a prayer journal- 10 things I thank God for, 300 things i'm believing God for)
brush teeth
sleep at 10 pm

Heyyy Ashley! I absolutely love night routines, so calming and I loved how you put God into both your morning and night. I also started the Holy 40 this month!! Last month was just too hectic, but this is my second week and I've already noticed such a difference.
Do you have any wholesome recommendations for movies, books, music, podcasts, etc? I've noticed how hard it is to find a good and wholesome entertainment, books especially! Doesn't have to be necessarily christian, but just something that can lift you up, and not be negative, disrespectful to God, or vulgar. Thank you so much for all the hard work you do!!
