When people live in the forest, and all of these people do whether they wanted to be honest about that or not, you built your city in a forest and such the forest needs managing to prevent loss of life and property during the natural cycle of the forest.

They are noticing. There have been multiple cases of filmed attempts of starting fires all over LA. Some were successful. But many more probably didn't get caught.
Based on my experiences, fire does breakout in my place during windy season due to human carelessness but still as a community we are able to put the fire out. But this thing is too much. Anyway I just share my thoughts
