No fresh rinse was harmed in this video 🤣
I don't think it's unethical if they're offering a year warranty. It's not a scam. The company is saying that they have faith in their product for a year. If it doesn't last that long, that's on them. I've even called Remco and been up front with them about what I do. The girl told me that softwashing wasn't the intended purpose for these pumps but they will honor the warranty. She did point to another pump that was designed for softwashing that I will buy when my current one goes out.
What was the pump she recommended?
@@screamneagle8420 the comparable pump to this one is the remco fatboy 7.0 softwash pump
Thats funny i just bought the same pump building my first trailer at the local farm co-op i live by. They said first thing there is no warranty because farmers will wear them out in a month and keep returning them. Told them i dont need warranty mine will be on a pressure washing trailer . Great video im just glad you didnt say first thing those were junk
I love the Remco pumps, they work great if you take care of them. I just replaced mine after 4yrs. You just need to take care of them.
Appreciate you Coty
“Bleach on My Britches”. Didn’t that win a Grammy?
😂😂
That's why they put serial numbers on products rating plates. And if the serial number is not present when presented for warranty, the warranty claim is denied
Once again another awesome common sense video from Southeast Softwash. Love it! Thanks again for taking the industry to the next level!
We trying to!
Why would Tractor Supply be reselling that pump? Also, the returns are built into the 300 dollar price
Exactly, he got scammed by buying junk, they got paid twice 😂, Big stores don't lose money Broski
Damn exposing the scammers m, great content love it.
i can use that pump , how much?
Thanks for your videos man I appreciate it I'm new to the southeast soft wash and knowing about you guys, your business and RUclips videos I just started watching cuz I'm at right now I just purchased7 gal per minute fat boy off Amazon. I like your stuff iis it's bad ass but very expensive. I don't know if you guys offer financing or what like to know about that I'm in southeast Florida above West Palm Beach on this treasure Coast I want to know about this rimco I got you were just watching on I ended up buying a bypass pump and I can't get rid of it now I see that they all look alike and the smooth flow pump that's for s h all it is. This bypass pump it doesn't have a pressure release valve it turns it on and off how to build up pressure the hat is different doesn't have a hole there so I can't put one on but I was wondering if I could just get by a whole new head and I don't know where to buy that part it will just work just fine if I can make it and on demand pump because all these motors look the same on these fat boys and I know it's exactly the same 7.0 at 100 my question is universal mm pressure switch I really want to try this go out I think it's cool but in the future I definitely going to buy your super pumped that looks badass man it's awesome am I have been in business now since 2018 and I have no idea about you guys till now again thank you for listening to me and if that's a universal pressure shut off switch is available I would like to know about it or and I'd like to know if you guys finance? Thank you Justin from JM pressure cleaning
I have been through 2 remico pumps in 8 months first frozen and the second started leaking so on my 3rd. 5.3gpm model
I seen the video explaining how to get over. The crazy part is they are re-selling for 200 bucks.
the more you know! great stuff
I have the everflo and rinse it religiously. Same pump- year 4, no issues
That’s excellent
Rinse them out after every use, keep a couple spare pressure switches on hand; and they will last!
I know a contractor that always buy a pressure washer from home depot. Then when it goes out within a year because he probably is using the wrong way. He goes by anyone and put the old one back in the box and return it.
And the guy have lots of money.🤦🏾♂️
its pitiful aint it
@@southeastsoftwash4020 100%
That Fresh Rinse guy sure did stir up some shit 😂 he has deleted his recent scam video and released an apology.
A lot of people also buy things use it take it back and get their money back and claimed there was something wrong but is it right no it’s not but people do it instead of renting it but in their mind it’s free because they get every penny back and then like you buy it for a discount but again if there’s nothing wrong with the unit and you got it on sale do you go back and say hey there’s nothing wrong could I pay full price no you won’t
Returning it right before the warranty runs out, probably getting a new pump every year.. or every 364 days
Definitely
Its unethical that companies make bad products for greed. They make everything as cheap as possible only to last a limited amount of time. Look at craftsman. There stuff 50 years ago would last forever. Bought a craftsman table saw last year and it lasted less than a year.
i understand the overall point your making and i agree to an extent. I think if the warranty covers sh use then i don't see the problem. I personally would never buy a product for my company that doesn't have a warranty of some kind.
Do you warranty a house wash for a customer?
I'd say it's the company's fault. They choose to give warranty for that.
The company didn’t.
Tractor supply did
@@southeastsoftwash4020So is Tractor Supply at fault? And is Tractor Supply really honoring the warranty per se or are they simply honoring their own return policy? And why would they turn right around and stick the item right back on the shelf?
If you buy a 3-year warranty plan and if it goes out, I'm grabbing a new pump for free. I don't see anything wrong with that its the stores fault for doing that.
Nope
Yep
Probably used it for one job and return it
But I did not buy one from them
Wow! He’s been reading the forums since the 90’s! Interesting
My dad invented softwashing in 1986.
I started my own soft wash business in high school (2004)
Yes
I think you can warranty a pump for a limited time 3 months or 6 months, 12 months with a limit on how many times the warranty can be used. You build the cost of the warranty into your hardware pricing structure. I am not someone who would scam someone after buying a product and ruining it from my fault.
Good on you!
Probably used it for 1 job and then returned it.
Looks like it
Are y’all gonna come out with a 5.5 “mini pump”???
Nope next one is the super duper 32 😂
Man I just made 10 grand with this pump it’s no good now I better take it back to Tractor supply to get a other one for free 😂
The mentality kills me
Is it not their fault for offering the warranty and then accepting the item back without verifying the legitimacy of the claim? Normally certain criteria needs to be met before a warranty claim is honored. If REMCO or Tractor Supply are accepting these returns then to the best I can tell it their fault for not doing their due diligence. Am I wrong?
@@screamneagle8420 it’s the customer’s fault once they have been made aware of the fine print. The ignorance of the TSC clerk doesn’t negate responsibility to be honest. Although, honesty just isn’t what it used to be.
They sale them with a warranty they told me if it gets ran over be a car they will warrant it
Good for them. That’s the store not the manufacturer
My delavan pump has been the best ive found so far.
They pretty solid
And yet do to shit like that it's making pumps cost more $$$
That’s exactly right! The honest customers are the ones that pay for the actions of the unethical
Can I see the receipt for this pump cause I call bullshit that they just sold you that pump in a bleached out box.
What’s your email?
@@southeastsoftwash4020 just post it on here. I don't want to be added to your email list.
Also to be clear I never would return a pump after running bleach through it, that's just madness.
@@andrewbyers6102 naw see you don’t really want to see it. You Trolling. It’s in my back pocket in my wallet.
@@southeastsoftwash4020 yes I'm certainly trolling.
Someone needs to speak up. I totally understand yes some here in Australia 🇦🇺 people start a pressure washing company and they are cheap companies.
Yes sir I am going to order one of your pumps. 🇦🇺
Softwaah
😊
Why do you care?
Because I manufacture pumps
This is a broke mind set. Let's make thousands of dollars on a pump. Then return it for a free one.
You’re just guessing. You have no clue what the guy was thinking when he traded it in. I’m guessing if he knew it was a simple fix he probably wouldn’t have wasted his time. It would’ve been quicker to rewire it and move on. However, I’m just guessing as well. None of us know what he was thinking.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Too much talking. You’re like a storyteller.
david, why you got no content on your channel?
Fix your attitude dude. If your business was booming you wouldn’t make these videos and you know it’s true.
Why would I not make content you idiot?
Content and views is precisely what drives traffic.
I’m rolling out my own line of pumps while watching guys talk about scamming to get free pumps. I think it’s pretty relevant….
Yes we are booming. No I dont need to fix my attitude.
Imagine how arrogant you have to be to tell a guy making 8 figures a month that you know better than he does about what he should do for his business 😂
My watch cost more than your truck
This is why you will go out of business. Talking to potential customers like this is exactly what turns people off. If you believe in your product and your company then there is no need for name calling. Just makes you look petty. You honestly should ignore comments like this if you have any common sense, or at least respond like an adult not a child that has his feelings hurt.
@@andrewbyers6102 how have I made more every year than the previous year?
Why do you think I’m not supposed to respond to people being smack talk in my comments?
Too much talking you’re more like a storyteller
Tractor supply does it as a loss leader to get us in the store. My opinion. Plus you can only be mad at tractor supply. They ask at the checkout if you want an extended warranty. They do not mention or say anything about bleach. I can assure you tractor supply knows what's up. Why they continue to allow it is a question you need to ask Tractor supply. I dont think its unethical if they are dumb enough to sale a warranty on a bleach pump and then honor the warranty who is the dumb arrrss in that situation?? Tractor supply is but why are they doing it??. I bet you money could call them and they will tell you there thoughts on it. If there dumb enough to not catch that then they deserve to lose money. Tractor supply aint losing no money in the big picture though. I agree with you and understand why you will never offer a warranty or extended warranty. I am just saying be mad at Tractor Supply. While you got them on the phone get them to start carrying your Chemicals. I get a 5 percent residual for the idea if it works out.
You ain’t wrong ^
I have a Remco that’s been on the shelf for years. I used my first year. It’s still good. I don’t know that I’ll ever use it. It was just the very first softwash system I had so I kept the pump.
I recently saw that Remco is bringing competition to the higher GPM 24v pump sector.
