Wow I drove one of these trucks when it was brand new in 1971. I was a senior in High School in Petosky Michigan and I was the parts runner for a plumbing company called Bourie Plumbing and Heating. It had a 350 4 barrel carburetor I believe and no rear bumper and it could literally burn the tires right to the rims because I did it till the Petoskey City Police stopped me and wrote me my first ticket for Braking Traction as it was worded. I loved that truck till one day I put it in the ditch just outside of town but the truck was okay. That was my last day as a parts runner and all I had to look forward to after that was Viet Nam.
This truck reminds me of a personal account brought to mind by the identical color scheme. An old guy at work when I was an 18 year old apprentice (the truck was new) brought in that truck except 2wd that was new for him so we all gathered around the truck and he raised the hood but he wasn't excited about it I thought. His son ordered that truck while still serving in Nam with the Corvette ZL1 427! Holy smokes! He was selling it because 10 days from coming home his son was killed. So we all wept over engine bay for all the wrong reasons. Non of your vehicles are in my retirement plan fellas but thank you for the memories they stir!
Beautiful looking truck 🤔 but I don’t know about anyone else I know if I spent that kind of money on a sweet looking truck as this one it wouldn’t be seeing any mud, snow,or rain 😆
BE HONEST: I love your vehicles, but I wish that you'll start be honest and stop saying they're all 💯 percent original, when it's clear they've all been restored.
I don't think we have ever said they are 100% Original? I may say something appears to be original here and there but unless it is a survivor in somewhat rough shape its quite obvious that they are restored?
The fact that it has AC is a big plus especially for someone who might live in a very hot climate that would like to have it.

That wheel and tire combo is exactly what I want on my 88 squared jimmy. Does anyone know what wheels those are?
It's only missing a Pappas smurf plate, whoever buys this likely won't haul or plow anything lol
Like you are going to drive a piece of art like that through anything but perfect weather. Get real!
