This is my first video of going "all in" with recovery.
As I said please be aware I am at the beginning of recovery so do not compare food portions etc to the best you can !
I am making this to see my journey throughout this illness that has taken over my life for way to long now. Its time I take back the control and live the life I truly want and deserve.

Oh my gosh I just found your channel and wow I love you! Yes girl, I love seeing how you get more energetic which makes sense cause the more energy you eat, the more energy you have. You seem like such a lovely human! And you’re gaining freedom and the ability to have an adventurous fun and exciting life! The ability to make memories and experience life. Also what no way I love the blueberry nakd bars! I don’t like the carrot cake one but the cashew and peanut ones are yummy! Love how close you and your family seem too. It’s goals🥺💕 you’ve got this!💪

I always love seeing and meeting new people going through recovery I just recently started true recovery...my goal in life is to be a k-9 officer and that is my motivation for getting better😊

Ahhh you go girl!!!! The best nakd bars are the coffee and walnut ones and the carrot cake ones ;) Also, do you have any tips for 'celebrating' weight gain, I feel so ashamed when it happens and physically can't tell anyone even though I should :(((
