Boots: Omnivamp or defensive boots
Optional items: wits end, runaans hurricane, riftmaker, amaranth twinguard, guardian angel
Runes: lethal tempo, brutal, giant slayer, alacrity + bone plating

In soloq I rush Omnivamp boots into bork and terminus, then wits end & riftmaker and finish with GA. If you're duo, you can skip boots and greed for Q evolve and then go for more defensive setup with defensive boots and tank item like twinguard if you have enchanter like lulu or yuumi or nami because they add a lot of damage with their kits & ardent censer on hit DMG. I can't say for certain because I only solo queue and in solo q you really need more damage to carry, whenever I went for tanky boots and something like twinguard I never did enough damage. You really need 6 damage items.

For boot enchant always go Quicksilver and get it after your first two items no matter what, it's the most broken item for ADCs. Only go zhonya when you're facing something like Zed Rengar or Evelynn. kaisa in particular doesn't need zhonya that much because she has E invisibility and R shield for tankiness. It's more important to escape CC from support and enemy mid laner or top laner.
