Yes..you can see snow January month but be careful...carry warm clothes and water proof shoes...I think that day because of snow all hotel will be closed in Gandhi chownk because of lack of water..so it will be good if you will stay in Subhash chownk ...I already showed my hotel where I stayed in Subhash chownk ...see my all part of video so you can learn about that trip more...best of luck
