That pigment! 😍 instead of resolutions I have goals, because I feel like resolution has such a heavy weight to it. But one of my biggest resolutions is to combat my anxiety and stress as well! I’ve been drinking lots of chamomile tea so far and I’m hoping to find some more natural remedies to anxiety as well!
