I know this will sounds dumb but this video changed my whole life, it made me stop drinking cola and I went from a fat teen into a healty man, stop drinking cola really does help you lose weight, the first day that this video got released I started stop drinking cola, and I haven't drink a single cola in the whole life time of this video, I really appreciate this video a lot since it has really help me to fix my life style into a healtier way, when I used to drink cola I used to drink 3 to more colas per day, and never drink any water since I used to prefer cola but man, I am so glad that I have seen this youtuber otherwise I think I would been drinking cola in this present day, Thanks Arnorld for saving my life.
