Unfortunately, with this access method you would need to unplug all the cables from the case to slide the top off, because there’s a bar across the bottom back of the case.
Thanks for the great review! If I could offer a small technical note: there are some stray, very low frequency booms throughout this video (really only audible with headphones). I think it’s probably that you have a mic attached to the table, and when you bang something on the table the mic picks up those low frequencies. For the future, you might wanna just put a high-pass filter on the mic audio to cut out any frequencies below something like 100Hz. That would probably address the issue. Anyway, thanks very much for all your great videos!
I want this case and I want to build a PC in it with maybe a 9700X, and a 7600 16GB card. Nothing too fancy or powerful inside it but plenty enough for a non gaming desktop machine running Fedora.
Fractal, please, please, PLEASE for the love of all that is good make an ATX sized version of this! I HATE small form factor, I've done it, it's a nightmare because of where I live. I can't just "go to the store and return things that don't fit." The nearest physical store that sells PC components is a 4 hour drive from me, then 4 hour drive home! and the store sucks too! I don't care if it ends up twice the price I want that blue one! But I want my components to FIT!
Have been waitin for this to be released for weeks now but still worried bout airflow, its very pretty tho and not too big either, but deff MFF not SFF
@@tiptopflipflop7991 dunno, when I thought "spineless", his name was the first that came to mind. Also, nobody likes Ted Cruz. Maybe people tolerate him because he's on their side. But nobody _likes_ him.
I'm always stunned that case manufacturers pick dimensions which exclude things or make it hard to use. This is not a phone - there are no ergonomics restrictions in play. We no longer use floppy disks so there is no good reason to have it on your desk. Make it bigger. If you want to do something premium, take away my problem of having to work out if my stuff will fit in it and give me lots of cosmetic options independent of the chassis.
@@t.7527 I questioned why anybody would review this case since I don't understand why anybody would want to buy it. Unless it was a paid segment. Then it would make sense.
Computer accessories get dangerously close to scams like audiophile snakeoil... a smaller case should be cheaper than a larger since it has less material lol and a case in general is sheet metal bend to form a box which should be cheap at any size lol yet this small thingy costs as much as a CPU mob + ram lol
Looks like fractal learned from the original era, I’m glad to see it too.
Oh, I do like that access method.

4080 super fits, many other 7900 xtx will fit tbh.
so I see a 7800x3D / 9800x3D + 5080 being something going into a premium case like this.
4080 super proart (300mm) even better clearance but probably worse thermals
i expect every case to have a catbatible score
?
I saw the case opening method right at the start of the video and said aloud, _That's cool!_ And really, it is; *why isn't this a standard??*
Such a beautiful SFF case.

Thank you, Wendellman! 🙏🏼

the cat never hits the power button on accident... 🙀
03:10 Hey, there's my Merc! 🤗
could it work with a 78(6)00x3d + 4080 super or 8700xt because of the gpu heat?
How's the wood?
Funny enough, I usually watch other stuff first and save the best for last. Steve reviewed this, and I know where Snwflack will be sitting. 😀
Might just be me but for the "premium" position they want I'm surprised the back of the case wasn't colourmatched

One from column A and two from column C?
Wow, a spine! So this case has one up on Ted Cruz already!
Also one less(?) he's a tool and this is toolless
Bruh, why the politics in the case reviews. 😑
@@tiptopflipflop7991 i thought Ted Cruz was laugh at across the political aisle, my bad
But why single him out? None of the ones taking AIPAC money have spines, which is 99.9% of them.

wood grain, leather seats
i have that same 6950xt so no sell
Still doesn't beat the nr200p max, IMO
Cat-approved! haha

I wouldn't be looking at a case that small with a 4090.
here we go.
Is this the swiftie case 😂
I don't even understand why this case exists.
Ignore it then

Of course, as we all know engineers and designers work for free
You clearly don’t know anything about manufacturing
