Malaysia is an offordable country to live in. Reason being the low petrol price. Automatically transportation or land logistics costs played a main part in everything.
Ron 95 = rm2.05/L (USD0.46/L),
Ron 97 = rm3.35/L (USD0.76/L)
Diesel = rm2.15/L (USD0.49/L)
Lol you forgot about the car taxes ??
I ride motorbike. Never pay parking summon.
I just Grab . Most rides cost me less than two bucks.
Super narrow way to look at it... There are many more expenses to consider than just petrol lol
KLCC is great place to live in.
The government workers are friendly and competent. IF you leave your arrogance and self expectations outside. The red tape is the system. NOT the people. Unfortunately some Malaysians themselves dont get it and demand things their way. Glad it took someone with outside experience to showcase this
You have found a jewel. Please keep it under radar
Very informative keeping this in mind for the future.
Glad to hear it.
As a South East Asian, I would say, work in Singapore, party in Bangkok, soul-search in Bali but live in Kuala Lumpur. Lol =)
I have always loved Malaysia and respect it’s people. As an American investor, I would stay away from the greater East Asian and ASEAN region due to the growing conflicts and the strong likelihood of a greater war in the coming years. I hope that no such conflicts arise as I am generally against wars. I wish peace and prosperity to everyone in the greater ASEAN region.
I agree with you. Kindness is important to me too. One of the biggest reasons I like Thailand is kind people.
The chickens in Thailand more prettier than in M'sia 🇲🇾😂
That's why tourist prefer Thailand!!!🤷
But many of them are actually men 😂
@@saeffareez3337unfortunately in Malaysia we only have tasty chicken curry or rendang!!!
Chicks or chickens we are taking about here? 😀😂
South East Asia is Incredible.........wouldn't live anywhere else.
MALAYSIA BOLEHHHH
Welcome everybody to my beloved country... Put aside your culture, respect ours, then only you will understand why "Malaysia is Truly Asia"....
Shhhhhh keep malaysia a secret please. Please go to thailand. Lolll
I vote that too! LOL!! I do not want my city/country overly crowded. Being 30k+ mil populated is good enough. We do not need overly crowded cities that end up like Dhaka LOL!
I hope less immigrants workers.....too many of them are quite annoying ...too bad we are more or less dependent on them....what to do...haiya....
Malaysia : The best underated country in the world. Yeah! thats cool. i am perfectly ok with that.
@@mohdzaki1089if they come with documents.. OK lah. If we don't have them.. who gonna do those unwanted jobs? Cleaners and such? Sanggup ker org kita buat?
Remember :
- Work in Singapore
- Party in Bangkok
- Settle Down in Malaysia, your home sweet home...
HELLO... FROM KUALA LUMPUR WITH LOVE 💖🇲🇾
😅😊
Hello💖
❤Malaysia 🇲🇾 & Kuala Lumpur/"KL" = Truly Asia❣
from the USA San Diego Where I work on contracts then come back to Thailand where I own a beach house and two pent house condos on the beach that I lease for passive income. after seeing this video I am inclined to explore Malaysia for property as well It would be a short flight from Pattaya to Malaysia. I sold two properties in Los Angeles and live in an low budget apt in San Diego and moving my money out of the USA I love this channel because it's about everything that I want to do. Im not quit in the high rollers club like you are but learning fast. It's amazing how wealthy you can become by getting rid of your woke western wife. Pass Port Bros living the dream. There are options out side of the US
Sounds like you're living quite an interesting lifestyle, good luck to you!
Your comment made my smile.. Thank you sir
Thanks for this absolutely wonderful video n for sharing your lovely valuable insights.
Glad you enjoyed it.
@@nomadcapitalist Thank u. 😀
Went to Malaysia for my exchange and that was the best period of my life. Just couldn't stand year long hot weather though so wish I could just spend 2-3 months a year there. That would be nice.
Malaysia can only get better ! No big natural disaster. It's only some flooding in some low laying areas, though a lot of rainfall. Great greenie, sunny beaches all over. Oxygenated environment.
Went for the first time ever recently from London and agree verbatim with what you say. Just watch out for thunderstorms!
that's why british was our longest reigned coloniser🤣
niceness is genuinely important - yes i agree with that
You mentioned the healthcare and medical check up was top notch, can you share links of clinics or hospitals you personally tried or are highly recommended. Highly appreciate the content here!
We recently made a video on the checkup here: ruclips.net/video/WE4acd3uTw8/видео.html
Thank you ❤
Thank you very much for falling in love with us 🇲🇾 🇲🇾♥️♥️🙏🙏
Please don't overrated Malaysia. Malaysia still behind in many aspects compare to develop nations. We love our country as an underrated country. Let's our neighbour Thailand and Bali be overrated than us. The most important thing is let's Malaysian happy with Malaysia.
I think most of us malaysian prefer being underrated and humble, yet welcoming our guests
syawan shapii@.. yarabi apa pulak ni jatoh kan negeri sendiri..
Bodoh la ko..itu pandangan dia bukan dia syok2 nk overrate Malaysia alahai
@@azharidris7092 No... Not a bit a non-welcoming words from him. He's stating the truth about us being in that state. We are still lacking in many ways to the standard of those so-called developed nations. Be realistic!
I love this guy. Thank you for being this wonderful human being ♥️
Crushing it!
I want to go to Malaysia. In time

all sea countries All SEA countries implement GST. Only Malaysia uses the SST system. Correct me if I'm wrong.
İt's a dream of me also too live there aswell
yeah, that's right. I was there.
CBDC are rejected on Ecuador and Senegal what you thought about it is good to move over ther to avoid CBDC implementation??
I love lots of you young people ideas 💡
Thanks Andrew! I wish I have someday the opportunity to visit Malaysia! Cheers! 🍀✌🏻😎👏🏻
6:15 is the most important value for me if I go anywhere in this world... 😊
6:09 if you're wondering == this is Campbell Street Market
Are there any sidewalks or walkable places in Malaysia? Or must you use a vehicle to get around for things like groceries, etc.
In Malaysia its mostly vehicle dependant, but you might be able to get around by walking if you're living in central KL. Grab taxi is a popular option for tourists, its reasonably cheap.
There are sidewalks in Kuala Lumpur but you'll be walking a long distance to get anything done if you don't live in the heart of the city. I learnt that the hard way when I was there.
Kuala Lumpur has metro lines & shuttle buses. Also type of Uber called Grab.
Perhaps consider buying a pricier apartment at Forest City Malaysia , Johor which is a stone throws away from Singapore (20 minutes).....while experiencing lower living costs in Malaysia versus Singapore....
Forrest city is a 'ghost' city.
Really awesome.. Malaysia Boleh😬💪🌷❤️🇲🇾❤️🌷
Malaysia semua tak Boleh...
In my fictional world, Malaysia is one of the most popular countries in the world
Love Malaysia ❤ The Best Muslim Country in the world 🌍
