Marvin Rees in conversation with David Olusoga

In his final major speech, Marvin Rees will reflect on eight years as mayor of his home city and the challenges which we face now and in the future.
At the newly restored and reopened Bristol Beacon, the Mayor will be introduced by Professor David Olusoga and, following his speech, in conversation with David before taking audience questions.
This event will also feature a brand new poem from Kat Lyons, Bristol’s City Poet, looking at how our city has changed since 2016.
