    Hey, ive been thinking about getting this saber from Alibaba but there just so many different listings. Are all the models the same even if they have diferent prices?

    • @brandondolanski
      @brandondolanski  5 дней назад +1

      The listing's that say "SE" are the "budget" ones that have a big blue circle button as a lower button. Some are weathered or offer weathered versions, but for the most part they are the same

    I just bought my first saber ever from TXQ! I also contacted them regarding Ventress' yellow lightsaber and they said they plan on making it soon!

      @brandondolanski  Год назад +1

      Nice!!! I'm glad they are finally making it. I was worried I would have to buy an lgt season 7 maul hilt which I didn't want to do since they probably won't be compatible with the coupler. Enjoy your new saber!

    I ordered it !! It came in today and as you said it could’ve been done better. It was underwhelming, the speaker is really really bad in my opinion, luckily, i have 2 smugglers outpost speakers on their way to replace the ones they come with so hopefully that’ll make a big difference. I think I stripped the retention screws halfway already, when I was spinning it one of the sabers kept turning off over and over, so I went to tighten it and when I did I couldn’t. It felt stripped. Somehow I was able to get the screws out tho. It’s eh, but for the price, not bad at all

    • @brandondolanski
      @brandondolanski  10 месяцев назад

      Yeah it could have been better but like u said, the the price its pretty decent. Hope the new speakers improve it way more. Me personally, I never owned a saber that wasn't manufactured from LGT or TXQ, so I never had any better speakers than those so as long as they don't have any issues or sound muffled or the speaker was blown, it's fine to me

    Such a very sweet saber! Can you please tell me how many inches the blades go into the emitter when they are fully seated on the pixel pins? And did I see when you were spinning that the dual activation and auxiliary buttons light up blue? Thanks for the share and MTFBWY

    • @brandondolanski
      @brandondolanski  4 месяца назад +1

      Yes both buttons light up blue. The blades sit about 3 inches deep, so the blades are well secure along with the 3 blade retention holes on each emitter

      @@brandondolanskithanks for the speedy reply! How do the SNV4 chassis’s/cores come out so you can remove the batteries to safely remove the SD cards to add fonts and such? MTFBWY

      @brandondolanski  4 месяца назад

      @MadeInDetroit63 with this saber, you can charge it without taking the cores out but if you do, it's a screw on the back of the saber that you unscrew.

    Where did you get yours from? Im about to purchase mine straight from them. It's cheaper than all the resellers. So im just gonna cut out the middle man. Also hoping the proffie version is the full length blades.

    Sweet saber and Darth Maul if my favorite Sith. Do you find the protruding buttons to be in the way or bothering you when you spin it?

      @@brandondolanski Awesome, thanks. I want to get myself a saber staff and I'm debating between 2 options, either the Maul saber as I've always loved the design and it's such an iconic saber, or making a staff with 2 of the Sabertrio Vahlken lookalike that you featured on your channel as I also love the design of the original Vahlken (but a staff with 2 of the real ones would be almost $1200 8( ). Both options would be roughly about the same price, at around $250 for the SN Pixel. Any opinion?

    • @brandondolanski
      @brandondolanski  10 месяцев назад +1

      Both are incredible sabers, but for the best spinning experience, the vahlken lookalike would be your best bet. However, the Maul is such a classic and already comes with shorter blades. Whichever you get, I hope you have a blast!

    did you request the extra short blades or did they come like that? Also how long did it take to ship? for me it says it would take a month, I live in california

    • @brandondolanski
      @brandondolanski  10 месяцев назад +2

      So the blades at default will normally a shorter blade. They have many listings on their store and I believe one of them had blade lengths like 92cm, 82cm, etc.. To ship, it took 2 weeks for me and I am in the southern part of the U.S., which is incredibly fast considering it also said it would take a month. The month is used as a worst case scenario, but from the past handful of sabers ordered from TXQ directly, they all came in under 3 weeks.

    Not a bad hilt for the price. On the site, it looks to be overly complicated to take apart to get the chassis out to access the micro sd card. But for that price, it's overall pretty good value.
    I'm not in the market for it though, because Ultimate Works just released theirs which I just received and well, is just fantastic, but $500+ more than this. (proffie version).
