I saw the sale on fragrance oils and picked what I wanted but I am in Ontario, Canada. Is almost cheaper to drive there myself and pick them up. Just starting to make candles so sadly can not pay that much for delivery right now! Maybe it is time to plan a road trip? lol

The ones that gave been tested in soap will have it's soaping notes and info on its product page. But yes most can. The ones that we haven't tested ourselves you can just reference the IFRA document to see it's usage levels. Then just order the sample sizes and try em out. 😀
