    *UPDATE 9th shot*
It has now been confirmed that the 9th shot was by a local swat team member which hit Crooks rifle and disabled it. It is also officially confirmed that the 10th shot was by the south Secret Service team and killed Crooks entering his mouth left.
The local swat team member was rightly called a badass because he aimed while in the line of fire. His position was in the general area shown in this video but a little closer to Crooks.
Here is the preliminary investigative report by congressman Clay Higgins clayhiggins.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/Preliminary-Investigative-Report-8.12.24.pdf

@@Mike-Bell what makes him a “badass”. You show the video of Crooks popping up high off the deck after the local sniper shot his rifle. Then there is a ten second delay before the Secret Service shooter takes his shot. What happened to the local guy? He missed. Hitting the rifle is a miss. Why was there no follow-on shots? There may be a good explanation. We don’t know but he also may have run away or took cover after sending the one shot.

Good points. Badass was at ground level between Target Trump was tall on a stage, and Crooks feet back from the roof’s ridge. And hits the rifle stock? One in a million shot alright - went up, then down once over the ridge. Is it acoustically possible #9 came from a roof behind Crooks?

@@downunder4569 it is acoustically impossible that shot #9 came from behind Crooks. Fairly rudimentary analysis of podium audio versus audio from cellphones near Crooks shows it came from in front. For a pretty watertight acoustic analysis check out Greg Nichols' channel (no, not Beaver ESU Greg Nicol, different guy). Also, Grey Hughes Investigates has found Crooks visible above the roof peak from the ground level near Trump in one of the bodycams. That impossible shot wasn't impossible. Lots of people saying buttstock when the report just says stock. The "stock" is more than just the shoulder brace part. It's quite feasible this was hit.

We went a month to find out that shot 9 was a local sniper that hit his gun and likely hit him with fragments. This local sniper must have fired free-hand from the left side (looking at the stage). This is why you see people from the stands looking down to that area. The delayed 10th shot was the kill shot. Unreal we had to wait so long for confirmation of what we heard, a tenth shot! The Butler DA said it is not illegal to carry a rifle in Butler County and the Snipers would only return fire if a person became an active shooter. They have no authorization to eliminate an individual on suspicion. I know, that made them useless for this assignment. Secret Service Snipers have no such constraint, although they did behave in a similar manner.
The strangest question is this: the Secret Service knew the Police were trying to locate a suspicious person - reason enough to shelter him. They knew this in ample time, even with the terrible lack of radio communications. So, Mr. Trump should have either, been prevented from taking, or removed from, the Stage. Why did that not happen?

How could more than a month go by and we still don't know who fired back at the would be assassin. That information should have been made public at a Secret Service briefing THE NEXT DAY after the shooting. We don't even know the name of the security planner yet.
If you wanted to set up a security plan carefully designed to let an assassin have an easy shot at President Trump, tell me ONE thing you would have done different from what the SS site planner did. Perhaps place a cooler with soft drinks up on the roof in case Crooks was thirsty. Otherwise, the set up was PERFECT to have Trump taken out. No doubt they were expecting a couple of Iranians to show up at this event or perhaps one of the earlier ones (where they had NO counter snipers) or one of the subsequent ones. To the surprise of the SS, a smart 20 year old beat them to the punch.
The actions of the SS were obviously carefully orchestrated to keep local law enforcement in the dark and unable to communicate with the Secret Service. There were more than a hundred (perhaps two hundred) trained professionals involved in this event, many of them ex military. It is literally impossible to believe that this hot, steaming, mess was the result of a mistake or two. It was arranged ON PURPOSE and the post events of the Secret Service, including the lies they told to Congress (and the information they refuse to release) only reinforces the obvious conclusion.

@Talon19 come on, man. So the Secret Service 1) created a security perimeter, putting the stage in the far back corner next to a building eye level to the stage open to the public. 2) left the roof unguarded because it was sloped. 3) assigned counter snipers for the first time ever to a Trump rally and placed them on a sloped roof in position to eliminate a shooter. 4) purposely leave comms with local police guarding unprotected roof next to stage 5) moved into position 1st ever snipers at Trump rally, who have no comms or knowledge of person on roof, 80 seconds before the shot rang out to eliminate witness 6) FBI clears all evidence before any outside investigation can take place.
      And that's just a sampling.
Logic would tell you that is not random failure and incompetence. They need to prove it was. Especially since the entire establishment on all sides is clearly and publicly holding nothing back to destroy Trump in any way possible...

Show me you’ve never worked with government security without saying so.
You obviously haven’t bothered to look at the security plans and AAR.
1 - that’s where trump wanted it for the biggest crowds and most visibility
2 - SS never had the responsibility, resources, personnel, or time to put people everywhere, especially where others were specifically tasked to cover. The “sloped roof” is just bureaucrats not knowing any better because they weren’t briefed on all details because they weren’t involved.
3 - Elevated security due to elevated risk. The two buildings picked gave the most visibility of the biggest area. Areas which weren’t covered by those too teams were covered by others.
4 - unprotected roof between two sniper teams at the heart of the event? You’ve bloody lost it mate.
5 - there was no “shot to eliminate witnesses”. This is probably one of the most witnessed, recorded, and scrutinized events since 9-11. Not the first ever snipers at a trump rally, stop listening to social media. SS teams did have comms. Where are you getting your info?? Southern counter sniper team turned moments before shots rang out.
6 - You obviously have zero knowledge of how FBI HMRU works. Of course they are removing evidence so others can check it. There is such a thing as cameras. The FBI has teams specifically trained to decontaminate areas from CBRN risks; the one in Pittsburgh was the one to respond.
There was no gross incompetence beyond not putting bulletproof glass around the podium.
Each individual acted reasonably and as to be expected given the information and resources they had at the time.
Cool off, you are obviously too emotionally triggered to be thinking clearly.
Turn off the electronics, get a hug, rest for the night, then watch all the analysis in my “13 Jul assassination attempt” playlist.
Good luck and God bless America.

The really big question that has to be asked and answered is why, when one officer on the ground, who ran forward to the line of fire of the shooter when he first began firing within just 9 seconds managed to get a shot that apparently hit Crooks' rifle, disabling it, did it take TWO SS officers who were at a significantly higher elevation than the officer and who had had a clear line of sight to Crooks' rooftop position and who had been scoping out the rooftop area for a good 100 seconds before they fired, why did they allow Crooks to get off 8 rounds in 2 separate bursts? And if Crooks did aim at Trump's head for the first 3 shots I can only assume he moved his aim and therefore probably took up a higher body position, to aim at the clump of bodyguards covering Trump's body.
That being the case is your depiction of 3 shells from Crooks' gun falling over the top of the parapet to the far side of the roof while showing 5 cases on Crooks' side really representative of the actual locations? Surely the first 3 were fired while he was 'lower', or from farther back, than when he fired the next 5? Can anyone familiar with the AR 15 confirm which direction casings land when they are ejected? (Forward, Backward, Sideways, away from the shooter).
Be interesting to see the Task Force observational evidence on this.

If on the other hand he was a bit over the very bottom edge of the roof with his backpack on his left side while assembling his rifle he would very easily have spotted the officer. It would also look to the officer as if he was being pointed at even if weapon was not fully assembled.
Reason for suspecting the weapon was not assembled yet is the long time between observation and shots fired. Thanks to combined and synchronized video we can be sure it took 36 seconds from the observation to first shot. We also know the time crooks must have spent on the final roof to be almost 2 minutes.

So why would you speculate that from the same gun I say that's bogus now what makes much more sense to me is what Mike Adams has set up in a slow motion video on Brighton the name of the video is another shooter and when you see the guy that's on the ground in front of the building videotaping and then the three shots rang out, and then Mike slows it down to where you can hear the percussions of those five other shots and every shot you can see a flash in the window that is not a happenstance that's actual proof of the other rifle shooting now go debunk it ! I say this is proof of another shooter in the main reason why I'm so skeptical is because we do not have the bullets or the ballistics from those bullets will be conclusive evidence. And why don't we have them? I say they're pulling a fast one

That shot apparently disabled his rifle, as there were no further shots from Crooks, despite a likely 30rd magazine. That would also explain how there were no more shots taken, until that 10th shot, when Crooks was trying to reset himself, and was taken out by the SS Sniper team

Link - ruclips.net/video/5vrjERSAfhk/видео.html - I would say that Greg Nichols' analysis is better as it automatically accounts for the relative distances between all the audio recorders. I think Mike has made a mistake here aligning every audio so that the Crooks shots are in sync. In absolute time those sounds arrive at the different mics at different times. This then makes the triangulation / trilateration of shots #9 and #10 less accurate. GN promises in the comments to post an update soon with even more accuracy as he had some of the cellphone positions a little off.

    • @thatcherfreeman
      @thatcherfreeman 3 месяца назад

@@MattNolanCustom Thanks for posting the link for me. I think a weakness of Greg's video is that he used a smaller quantity of sources which may obfuscate the variance/inaccuracy of his chosen data points, but I agree that lining up the first three/eight shots is a mistake in Mike's video. That being said, I think that if Greg's video is correct, that shots and 9 and 10 were from the same location, we should have seen in Mike's video that those shooters were positioned in the same spot, though with the aforementioned methodological error I expected Mike to pick a location that differs from Greg's. IE the microphones should pick up the sound signatures with similar timings between shots 9 and 10 if they originated from the same position.

He walks out casually, as if he knows it’s all over. Greg has no radio on him, so how did he knew within 1,5 minutes after the last shot and walking inside the building? 1 hour later 2 officers carrying a black long riffle out of the same building, and it looks like the shot is made with that riffle. It looks like evidence. Also remarkable why 1 officer carries it outside, and the other one takes it away, out of view.

To that I replied that Bongino said there was a third SS Platform that made the shot off to the left of the President which is clearly visible in videos when Trump is shot. He mentioned that he respected Bongino a lot; and that he had been a Seal. After that, he was a Presidential SS Agent for three Presidents. It was a 348-yard shot. He didn't say that he trained Bongino. I said that it would be nice if the shooter came forward. To which he replied that wouldn't happen. It was too dangerous for that individual to be identified. Everyone would talk over everyone else and communication would be terrible. One report stated that were two separate control rooms. This adds yet another layer of hierarchy and suggests no one central control. My guess is that information was not relayed quickly enough, or was thought to have been relayed when it actually wasn't. They need a better system and protocol.

Hi Mike, thanks for the great content. I've been watching Jeff Ostroff as well, also very informative. Maybe a collab is in order. I am still very perplexed by the sniper team on the roof closest to Crooks. These guys had him in their sights at least 10-13 secs before shot 1 was fired (if one analyses the video material)...ample time for one of the two to at least fire a shot in the shooters direction, thus a) allerting all parties b) distracting Crooks c) possibly saving a life. HOWEVER. I've been studying the actions of the sniper closest to the camera, seemingly taking aim in the direction of Crooks........I just cant help but wonder if he was not responsible for shot 1. Having looked at this closely many times, it would seem as if this sniper is taking a shot. This may not concur with the sound study you've conducted, but theres just something about his movement that suggests this. The sound byte for shot 1 also seems to align with his movement. So if this were to be true (in theory): Shot 1 fired by the first sniper, shot 2 by the sniper stationed beside him in a more covert position (having looked at his actions too)...by this time Crooks is distracted but managed to fire shot 3 in the process. Trump gets nicked by shot 3, crowd member is injured by the same bullet. So this is where it gets vague...the 5 rapid shots fired by the distracted Crooks spitefully towards the crowd. One member of the crowd is killed, the other injured. Final shot from the second sniper team kills Crooks who had in the meantime changed position to face another section of the crowd. Now we have 6 casings instead of 8....perhaps the additional 2 were planted, in order to "cover up" the so-called delay in apprehending Crooks prior to any shots being fired, bolstering the USSS statement "we were not informed". Parallel to this, snipers 1 & 2 fired shots 1 & 2 as insurance, in the event that Trump got killed, in order to prove that they were "trying" to protect Trump (assuming that he would be killed). The plan failed, but a number of minutes passes between the conclusion of the shooting and the arrival of officials on the roof...ample time to assess what had transpired and thus plant the 2 additional casings. If anything, what do you think.

  • @MattNolanCustom
    @MattNolanCustom 3 месяца назад

The difficulty in locating shot 9 may be down to how you have aligned the audio. I would suggest time-aligning things using the muzzle reports from Crooks at the various mics based on their distance from him and the speed of sound. So, for example, you shouldn't line it up so that Crooks' shots are at the podium mic at the same time they are at Dayve Stewart, they should get there later. That will make your relative time of arrivals for shots 9 and 10 more accurate / absolute.
