I have ran 3 walking challenges within my institution and I received many messages from people saying they lost weight, more energy, etc. Some were able to get their families involved as well. It was very satisfying to receive those messages because I've been put in this role with no blueprint, building it from the ground up.

I gave myself a 6,000 goal instead of 10,000. I chose that because it's a little over half the recommendation and I don't feel like I "failed". My suggestion to people is take your 2 15 minute breaks, take TWO 5 minute breaks during the work day and take a walk. If there are steps, go up and down a few flights. After work, walk about instead of just sitting for the rest of the evening. I go on a walk with my son in the evenings sometimes. The weekends we go to farmer's markets after my son's soccer games. Just be careful because it's way too easy to spend a lot of money lol. Set a goal and you'll find yourself increasing it periodically. It gets easier.

I can relate with this story and I didn’t waste time breaking up with him I visited this guy and for the first day I only took in rice in the afternoon that was all for the day 2nd day was tea and bread with 2 fried eggs and rice in the evening I left on the 3rd morning and this guy texted me that I eat too much in a very hush way And later told me to start hitting the gym
